We have just started renting a property through Cheers Realty. Tanya has been amazing. Highly recommended. Tanya is very efficient and responsible. She got keys from my previous agent in the afternoon. She posted ad at 11pm on the same day. She rented out my property within 2 days during COVID, which was vacant for 4 weeks with my previous agent. She is very professional and detailed. You can leave everything with her.
