KFC Jesmond

I am a tourist from Japan. I love KFC in Australia because I could customize my zinger crunch bowl. In Japan, all menu cannot be customized. KFC in Australia not only taste great but offer me a healthier choice.

Went there on New year's day. Surprisingly, the order came very quickly and the staff was really friendly.

Had a particularly delicious Fillet Burger on my way to a job interview on a stinking hot day.
Lucky that’s what I wanted as due to a Technical Issue, they were out of everything else. Oops

Reception staff especially Vicky was exceptional with the support of her manager on duty. Tables clean and tidy. Food delicious.

For a Friday night at 8:30pm, very quick! Chips overdone but that’s ok.

I would like to thank "Rose" for her great service. She would be an asset to any organisation.

Had a slight issue with an order, manager was awesome fixed it up, was pleasant and helpful, store refurb looks great to.

Great service, they had a very large order and they did not stuff it at all. Very happy. The place was clean.

At Jesmond Central, it always packed during eating time.

Best KFC I have ever been too, the chicken is so crispy every single time and the workers seem spritely too!

Usually service is ok but Sat evening seems the busiest and sometimes we didn't get what we ordered.

The food is okay, I mean it’s fast food so it’s not going to be the greatest, but as far as fast food goes it’s not bad at all! A lot of the staff can be rude and disinterested it seems in what the customer wants, but I’ve met 2 girls who serve at the drive through that are always so chirpy and happy and it never fails to put a smile on my face! Even at 11:30 at night I was served by one, and she was still so happy and lovely! Sadly I can’t remeber these girls names, but it always improves my experience when I go there, no matter how average the food is! 😂

So sweet of them to send a note with our order!! We ordered very late at night and had a bit of a complex order but they could have left the chicken out and just sent a sorry note but they compensated us. Great customer service!!

Fresh chicken all the time except for few saggy chips here and there. It's good overall. Gets busy often.

Staff quick and efficient. This is my 2nd visit in 6 months when I visit my son at the university from Chatswood. The toasted twister wrap was done well. Neither the chicken or the fillings fell out. The staff working Saturday close to closing hours did upgrade my chips which was nice. Thank you.

Fast and effective. When they run out of something they always make a good compromise. However, location can get really busy around lunch time so try to avoid these times.

Was having a terrible time trying to get delivery to my home through doordash/kfc app, but the absolutely amazing staff here really went above and beyond to help me tonight.

The staff member who helped me over the phone ( I believe her name was jasmine, the phone reception wasn't great so I couldn't quite hear her properly) genuinely did such an amazing job tonight, really appreciated it.

Very busy drive thru but in store service was quick.

The Jesmond KFC is probably one of the busiest KFC I have ever been to. The turn over time was still pretty good, I wasn't waiting very long after getting served (10 minutes tops) despite many people before me. The staff in this store definitely have a great working structure.
