My MOMENTUM ture wireless was not working so that i brought it to Sennheiser Australia to have repair. Although they said there was their head office not the place doing repair services but still kindly help me to send it to their technical services which can help with repair. I dropped in my earphone there on Monday and Friday i got it back. And I surprised cause i thought they will send the same product but not, they sent the MOMENTUM true wireless 2 because of the MOMENTUM true wireless first gen i did buy with around 400$(now is 99$). They said that was equivalent product, that means i got a free product upgrade so that i leave this comment with thankful. Will consider Sennheiser first when looking for any audio product just because of this great after-sales service. (Well, product quality is good also)

Easy purchase and quick delivery directly from Sennheiser. The HD560S has great sound quality and excellent imaging, but the included cable is insanely long (like 3m).

I purchased replacement covers for my earphones i used a coin so the scale can be seen. They arrived quickly and inside a padded envelope which was then placed inside a cardboard box. I am very impressed, there isnt a postal service on this planet that could have damaged my product.

Not only that but i have had these earphones for over 3 years and the only problem i have is that i lost the rubber cover... that alone was impressive to me.

This is the second set of HD450 headphones I've purchased in the past 12months. Originally one set for myself and recently one for my son. Delivery was super-fast and packaged well. The headphones themselves are exactly what we like. Comfortable, easy to sync to ipad and android phone and easy to go between the two and use. I'm still not sure how to use the buttons on the side of the headphones but if I made the effort to read the instructions again I'm sure I'd figure it out! I usually either turn them off, slide them off my head or pause my device. For us, they're excellent sound quality and fantastic noise cancellation features. Compared to my daughters twice as expensive Sony pair, I prefer these. Great value for money.

Brilliant! I purchased the Sennheiser True Wireless Momentum 3 earbuds to listen to podcasts initially. I have found my use has expanded to radio and music, and just perfect for when I go to the gym. These blighters don't fall out and outside noise is completely excluded. Incredible! As an older person I have found them comfortable and very easy to use.

I had already bought the headphones in the shop - wonderful sound quality, very comfortable to wear and with the option of replacing the ear cushions one day if need be. These are clearly made to last many years - which is so rare these days. Unfortunately I broke the chord, but was happy that it was detachable. The new one arrived in the post promptly and with excellent customer service and mail tracking. Very satisfied.

I am Favorably impressed with the Fast-Delivery-Time I received from Sennheiser of the replacement Padded Earphone-Pads I needed for my old reliable Sennheiser Headphones which needed replacement after all these years . When I fitted them to my Sennheiser Headphones it is now like having a Brand-New Pair of Headphones all over again. Thank you Sennheiser for such Great Service.

Ordered a pair of MOMENTUM True Wireless via eBay. The price was greatly reduced - they arrived quickly and they are fantastic. Very comfortable and brilliant sound - no surprises there as I am a Sennheiser aficionado. It seems I had to pair them with my mobile phone each time I used them until I removed the app for my other pair of over ear wireless Sennheisers.
Anyway, very happy at the price and sound quality is joyous.

We purchased the Sennheiser R195 Wireless Headphones for my mum who had extreme difficulty hearing the TV in her room despite wearing hearing aides. They were pricey but! so worth the money. To see mum so happy now she can hear the speaking when watching her favourite TV shows. There were a lot of questions that needed to have answered, and the staff were SO HELPFUL and prompt in returning my emails. Very professional! Their customer service is to be commended!! VERY HAPPY, thank you....

Order replacement parts for our headphones. Telephone service was prompt and helpful and although we had to wait a few weeks for the items to become available, when they did they were dispatched quickly and arrived safely. Good job

The kids bought my hard of hearing husband a set of wireless headphones 2 years ago. My husband absolutely loves them. When they stopped working a couple of weeks ago, we had no idea of the problem. Fortunately I called Sennheiser direct and the assistant on the other end pin pointed the problem immediately. He even assisted me ordering the part and within the week we had the problem (a power cord) resolved at the cost of about $45. Excellent service and easy ordering. Could not recommend more highly. The only place I could find replacement ear tips for my in-ear headphones as they were for an old model. The correct type was easy to identify and they shipped very quickly. A little expensive but I expected that

Blown away by awesome service! The transmitter with our beloved RS175 headphones stopped working and everyone was awaiting more stock. I'd recently bought new earpads from Sennheiser for our two headsets (very fast delivery!) so was SO disappointed when they stopped working. Then I found Sennheiser had a reconditioned transmitter for sale so whoopee. Imagine our delight when we opened the box to find a complete set with a new headset and all the fittings! Thank you Sennheiser!

I purchased new ear pads for my RS175 wireless headphones after my original pads started to fray the outer coating after many years of use. Easy to order online at Sennheiser website, free postage, and they arrived in north Queensland from Sydney in only 5 days. Original equipment quality for less than the price of cheap Chinese ones I found on line, very impressed with my purchase from Sennheiser. First class service !!!

I purchased my Sennheiser RS 175 wireless headphones as a refurbished product and could not be happier. They were as good as a new product and I was happy to hear they had new warranty with them. They are the best headphones I have ever had, the sound quality is magnificent, giving me the option of a analog or digital connection. I like Sennheiser as a company having purchased a few of their other products in the past. I could not recommend them highly enough.

I bought the Momentum Free in -ear wireless earphones on special. The sound for me is extremely good for what they are.
They fit my ears perfectly and the first thing I noticed apart from the excellent sound quality, is the lack of wind noise which has plagued me in other wireless phones. Longer battery life would be nice however I am not complaining.
Highly recommend this product.

I had trouble hearing the TV and sick of having to read subtitles. My TV did not have bluetooth but I didn't realize this when I purchased my Bose headphones so I sourced this BT-T100 audio transmitter from Sennheiser and my whole hearing experience has changed. This has been such a success, love it!

Great service with friendly and helpful staff. I sent in my GSP 300's under the warranty and repair, sadly no email or contact whether they received them or such but after a quick call they confirmed it was there. After some time I contacted them again and was informed that they were having difficulty with their work space and busy time but they then sent out my repaired headphones within a couple of days after that. Thank you to everyone at Sennheiser for helping me with this process and for their friendly manner!

I bought the HD 599 headphones and they arrived super fast. They're fantastic headphones that sound great and are really comfortable to wear for long periods.
My last pair of Sennheiser's lasted me well over 10 years as well so I have a lot of faith in their reliability too.
