Woolpack Hotel

Visited to watch State of Origin. I wasn't disappointed. Played a warm up game of bingo and win $150 on the last card. The Chinese food from the restaurant was the best I've had for a while. It was fresh and delicious. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Had a fantastic time at the Woolpack Hotel! The vibe was relaxed, and the staff made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, and the drinks were spot on. Can't wait to visit again!

My Husband & I really enjoyed the atmosphere at the Woolpack Hotel .The staff were very welcoming & nothing was a problem for them .
The bistro is a Chinese restaurant & the pepper steak is to die for !! We shared 1 dish as it was more than enough for two .
We were very impressed !

Popped in for a quick drink - all that shopping made me thirsty lol - all in all service great and plenty of bowls outside for the little furry friends

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean, just carpet was well warn. Food was amazing.

Great atmosphere, restaurant has a wide variety of very tasty meals to choose from, friendly & accommodating staff.

Great pub for drinks outside with friends and dogs, the Chinese food was some of the best we have tasted. Great selection of beers and the Chinese food was so good, we had a second crack 2 nights later.

Enjoyed a extended family dinner at the Woolpacker Hotel dining on Asian and Aussie cuisine. We were not disappointed with the services on offer, and food was scrumptious.

A hidden gem, clean, neat with a comfy bed, great shower and good location - we had room 1 which was spacious. Stayed on a weekday so there was no noise. Recommended

Wow. The room (4) was enormous. Water pressure in shower was perfect.The king bed was very comfy and Chinese dinner was amazing. My only complaint? That we can't stay longer!! Thanks Woolpack. We will be back for sure.

Three of us had dinner there. Seems to be a popular spot with the locals. Meals - lamb cutlets (nothing skimpy about them), barramundi (tasty and very nicely presented), and my black pepper steak with udon noodles (lovely tender beef in a delicious pepper sauce and plenty of both). Such a delicious meal. Can fully recommend this pub. Enjoyed my meal with the local Shiraz. An absolutely delightful drop.

Great fun country pub. Loved the live music, singer was amazing.

Fitzy & the team run a great business 👌 best pub in mudgee. Cold beer and great food. We had a team dinner with 30 + people and they did it was ease 💪Highly recommend for a quiet beer with a mate or a big group 🍺

Dean from Woolpack Hotel was very accommodating when we arrived late at night following a car breakdown. He went above and beyond to find us accommodation elsewhere for the following evening as he was fully booked. Rooms were neat and very clean! Would recommend if you’re looking for affordable accommodation.

The Woolpack Hotel is seriously THE best pub in downtown Mudgee.

The atmosphere, the friendly locals the cold beer the great food can’t be beaten.

No matter what’s on it’s always a great place to be and the staff are excellent especially the lovely Sarah!!

The four of us shared room 8 with king size bed and four singles fronting the Main Street with lovely wide verandah. Comfy beds, very clean, Large screen tv and fridge. Warm, friendly country hospitality from Dean and staff. Central and clean. Would stay again.

From quick friendly service to great meal followed by helpful cleaning staff. Well done.

Excellent, friendly. Themes most nights. We had bingo and dumplings night. Pub and Chinese cuisine.
