The staff at Drift Bikes Metro are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with them to find the bike and accessories right for me. My new bike came in 5 business days which was way quicker than I expected! I’ll be referring all my friends and family here. 10/10 recommend.

While traveling from Sydney to Brisbane by my bike, I got a flat tire on my bike.
So, I went to order repair for my bike, but you know what!! He was not only repairing but also teaching me how to repair if I get a flat for next time.
They were so friendly and helpful, if I get trouble again, I’ll definitely go back I think! Thank you for everything :)

Got the whole bike refitted with great service. They went out of there way to make sure I didn't buy anything I didn't need and took the time to be thorough and get it all right.

Amazing range for commuting, cargo and ebikes. A great selection to either get around town or replace your car. I bought a Tribe Evamos there to replace my car after it was written off from hail damage. Saving load on fuel

The team at Drift Bikes provide a really speedy and friendly service! I had to take my bike in with a punctured tyre and the had it done, and me back on the road, in not much more than 30 mins!

Absolutely 5 star service!! Bernard & his team are fantastic to deal with. Found a beautiful little red Fuji Feather in store. He took the time to listen to my every request, ordered in the particular parts I was after, and built the bike to a very high standard. Never was I pressured to break the bank, he even recommended better performing components that were half the price of my original request.
When I noticed a slight niggle in the freewheel that was shipped from Fuji, he was happy to take a look and replaced it free of charge. It’s great to find a local bike dealer as fastidious as I am :)
Excellent selection of quality accessories, and the team are very welcoming no matter what your looking for.

We were recommended Metro Cycles by our neighbour as we wanted to take the plunge on an electric cargo bike. Bernie showed us all the different options and wasn't pushy with making a sell. We ended up buying a Spicy Curry Yuba. Seriously has been the best investment for our family.
We don't need a second car, we can fit all 3 kids on there for our school run and rides to the park.
We should have bought it years ago.

Bought an excellent second hand Dutch-style bike. I have been back a few times with some saddle-difficulties. Every staff member was very patient with me and they kept advising me and trying different options.
I'm super glad with my purchase. Recommended to everyone!

I'm updating my three-year-old review, because the shop is under new ownership, and still a thumbs up! I had my very old Brompton completely refurbished, and what I liked most, was how the staff patiently worked through all the little hiccups a job like that poses.

Friendly and efficient service, very fair prices and excellent workmanship. I was having endless troubles with a couple of second hand wheels I picked up off Marketplace. Took them into the legends at Metro Cycles who laced them with some fresh spokes, and they've been faultless ever since. Will definitely be back next time I run into a problem I can't fix myself (or end up making worse!).

Been going here for the odd bike service and other bits and pieces for years. Always get experienced and detailed advice on bike issues and accessories. Just bought a child bike seat today that came recommended by the team and after a quick and easy install my daughter and I are stoked with it! Lucky to have such a good bike shop in the area!

Absolutely brilliant service! The guys were more than helpful and fitted my headset to my frame on the spot and at a fraction of the cost of competitors and also loaned me a BB tool, after leaving a refundable deposit, when they didn't have one to sell me in stock.
I've been a MTB enthusiast for 25yrs and am delighted to have found a shop which is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly with zero elitist pretentious attitude you may find in other stores.

Great service. Never been there before, turned up with a bike that my local shop couldn't remove the pedals from. The bike had become unusable and I was looking at buying new crankshafts. Fixed in a matter of minutes, my growing son now has a bike to ride over the holidays, and I was spared the expense and hassle of an unnecessary work-around repair. Much appreciated!

Bernard and everyone there are so lovely, patient, kind and friendly. Really feels like a neighbourhood place with people who are knowledgeable and helpful. The shop dog is also beautiful(!). They made great recommendations for my needs for a town urban bike for my dog and I and also drew up a sensible quote soon after. I never felt pressured to buy and look forward to popping by not only to pick my new bike up, but also for servicing! I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Great service from Metro Cycles last week. They recommended and hired me a bike that was suitable for my short stature, and traced out a route on my map along quiet streets to the start of the Fernleigh Track at Adamstown station. Special thanks to Lyn.

I resented visited Metro Cycles to purchase a secondhand Electric Babboe Mini Cargo Bike. Metro Cycles had custom installed a Bosch motor. I was greatly assisted by Bernie. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and really went above and beyond. What was even more remarkable was that It was a private sale - as the owner was having the bike serviced at Metro cycles when i bought it - so Bernie did all this with no financial gain. Outstanding customer service!! Highly recommended.
