Got my ear pierced here, John did a great job, he was calm and helped me through, loved it!! The after care management of the piercing was communicated well too which was very helpful!!

Santarena was AMAZING!!! so warm and helpful and a real joy to deal with. I'm not sure why there were so many bad previous reviews, she was new so it could have been issues with older staff, but I highly recommend her :)

5 stars for being a toxic workplace! Please provide & conduct your organisation with structure and professionalism. Managers always QUIT due to negligence and lack of support. Regional+ managers don’t respond to emails unless it is convenient and they definitely do not double check your availability & just sporadically put anyone, just to fill in the shifts. NOT A VIBE BABES. I only gave a 5 because I pity a fool.
