The mums and bubs class is oasis of peace in an otherwise crazy week! The class is paced and designed with recovering/new mums in mind and is tailored to the needs of the participants. Distractions from bubs are part and parcel, and by now my baby loves it as much as I do! Alison’s patience with the numerous interruptions is amazing, and she somehow keeps the rest of the class on track through crying babies and feeding. Thank you Alison and the team at Focus Yoga and Pilates!

I have been attending Focus Yoga & Pilates for over 12 months now. I really enjoy their classes. The instructors are great, the staff are lovely, and the studio has a wonderful vibe.

This yoga class is amazing! The teacher is competent, caring and helps out if kids are unsettle. The ladies in the class are lovely and their kids very sweet. I love having a the complementery tea after the class.

I love the vibe of this studio. The space feels open and comfortable and the yoga teachers are supportive and knowledgeable. Also the delicious tea provided after each class is my favourite!

Favourite place to relax and restore! To stretch and strengthen our bodies.

I really love doing yoga at Focus Yoga & Pilates. The teachers are great, a beautiful studio, and it has a lovely atmosphere, warm and friendly.

In a great location surrounded by local cafes. well lit spacious studio to start the day with yoga or pilates. Love the tea after the class !
