Called 15mins before closing due to a lost radiator cap. Not only did they check the stock over the phone. Had the cap at the counter when I arrived. Even made a comment that they were willing to hold back an extra couple of minutes just in case I got held up.

I don’t usually like going into car part stores because I have no idea what I’m talking about or looking for. My husband asked me to drop by to pick up a timing belt. Jason was very helpful even though I couldn’t remember the name of the thing I was there to get. He was very patient with me and didn’t get annoyed. I was very thankful for his kindness because I was feeling quite out of place.

I've been going there for a few months now mainly for car cleaning products. All the staff are nice and friendly and have heaps of knowledge. I would like to thank again all the staff especially (Oscar,David, Elisha)

A lot better after the move from West Ryde. The store is new, clean and well organised, much wider range of products, staff are helpful and friendly. Order online and pick up here works flawlessly.

Parking can be improved, as reversing back to Buffalo Rd can be dangerous as there are many blind spots.

Rocco went above and beyond when my husband asked me to get oil.. he even spent time talking on the phone with him. Highly recommend

Great service from the moment I walked in the door. Staff knew exactly what specification engine oil I needed from a glance at my car parked outside. Parking is quite tricky but manageable with a small car.

Helpful and friendly staff. Pretty small store. Great prices when things go on sale. Parking is a bit inconvenient so I'd probably just recommend street parking.
