They’re always so kind and compassionate when you go there. You can even call ahead to make ask them to get your scripts ready. The shop is also neat and tidy and things are easy to find.

My partner and myself stayed at Woy Woy for a short break and after driving all the way there I realised I had forgotten my medication. I had an appointment with doctor doctor for escripts. We phoned the pharmacy and Taylor dealt with escripts and she told my partner for me to bring the escripts to her and I would get my medication. Unfortunately, the escripts didn't work and in the end Taylor went well above her normal duties to make sure I got medication. She told me that they were able to give me an emergency supply which was great. I commend Taylor on her exceptional customer service.

The few times I have visited this chemist I have received great customer service. My toddler and I accidentally dropped a botte of cough syrup as we exited the store and when I went back in, I dripped sticky cough syrup down the aisle and the staff member who was very busy made it a priority to clean up the aisle and apologised to the customer he was serving. He also let me wash my hands in the sink. The second time I arrived at 4:57pm on a Saturday. I had been to 4 other chemists thinking they were open until 5pm. I was so lucky this one was open as I needed to get ibuprofen for my toddler who was in agony at home. Even though they were just about to shut, I still received great customer service in helping me choose the right medicine without rushing me out the door. The cashier as equally helpful and not rushing me out the door. Thanks for being patient. It was a saviour to get the Nurofen back to my son.

The Best Pharmacy in Woy Woy in My Opinion! As soon as you walk into this Pharmacy you get a really nice feeling. The Staff are warm and show genuine interest in making sure you are well looked after. I'm a regular at the Pharmacy due to having medication I have to have fresh every five days and my little one having his scripts held here also,and I was really impressed at how after a couple of weeks they would see me in the line and know my name before I had to say it. Great attention to detail. Stock on shelves well set out easy to find and just a Great, extremely Personable Pharmacy that knows that to excel in what you do comes down to looking after your customers. Well done Woy Woy Pharmacy what a Fantastic Team !!

The staff are friendly and caring. I witnessed an incident last week where a customer was abusing a staff member. The staff member remained calm and reiterated her advice that the customer would need to speak to the pharmacist for advice. The customer refused to listen and proceeded to berate and abuse the staff member. No one deserves to be treated like that. I commend the staff, from Pharmacists to Retail staff for remaining professional and courteous always. Remember to always be kind.

Thank goodness for this pharmacy. My mother extremely sick with bronchitis, doesn’t drive, was going to have to go out in the rain to local pharmacy :(

Travelling to remote areas of Arnhem Land with a one day transit in Nhulunbuy, I realised I had left my daily pills at home. I called into the local pharmacy just before they closed (I was to leave very early next day). Within 15 minutes, my prescription had been faxed through and filled. Excellent professional, cheerful service, at both ends of the chain, starting with Woy Woy Kuoch.
