Can't express how great this Company is...had a wireless microphone that died on me and needed a replacement head in a hurry. These guys went above and beyond to get it to me as quick as humanly possible...and if I may, a heads up to Bradley Oliver who was amazing, helping me to make this happen. I recommend them highly for any of your musical needs....👍

Purchased an E-image AT610 tripod from Dragon Image 5-6 years ago. Recently a knob “broke” off one of the legs. Could still adjust height manually holding the knob in place, but always a bug-bear.
Contacted Dragon Image (Bris) & spoke with Bradley. He patiently listened to my issue and offered a solution, while querying my idea of the “break”. Upon re-inspection of the knob attachment I realised Bradley was correct. I’d been looking at the problem from the wrong angle! Knob screw had simply loosened inside cap! Problem fixed! D’oh!

I had made an order for Wind up Stand several months ago and out of visible options at the end of the road or so I thought with 3-4 months in waiting. All in a single day and may I add within 30mins of email exchanges I had a Wind Up stand posted out for delivery from Melbourne to Perth, with tracking details live the next day. She was extremely helpful on Friday night and Saturday morning - outside of hours. And it turns out the mistake was my fault and she was so polite and helpful in working it out and accepting my apology. I really, really appreciate the way she handled the matter. Great range of gear in the showroom. The team are highly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Sue and Angelo were awesome to deal with before, during and after purchase. On-site parking with drive-up loading is a bonus especially in Sydney. Gets a big thumbs up from me.

I was truly blown away! I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range of affordable and high quality products at dragon image. As a part-time photographer, I can comfortably say that a mid range dragon image lighting kit can make any event look superb in photos! Staff was great, despite other reviews' snobbish comments- I was dealing with a manager at some point by the name Angelo and he definitely knew what he was doing. The entire experience was great and I definitely recommend checking out the warehouse if you're on the lookout for lighting or cameras
