Jade Hair Design

First time at this salon. I read the reviews of Hairdressers in the area before I chose this one. Most of the posts referred to good service, nice staff. One of the reviews for this salon said 'great colour every time '. On this comment I made my choice and yes, great colour Jessie.

While on holiday in Coffs I decided to get my hair cut before heading home to the Gold Coast. Best experience ever. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed. I was given a seat and the hairdresser sat down next to me for a consultation regarding what I wanted to achieve with my hair cut. She was very professional, polite, and extremely helpful. She also have the best head massage ever. Nothing was rushed and I felt really cared for. Thankyou so.much Jade Design and especially Jamie. 😊

I love my hair style and cut at Jade Hair Design . Avalon is a very good hair dresser . She does what I like her to do with my hair . Very patient and very pleasant , nice and professional . I live the salon very happy every time I go there for a haircut .

I have been coming to Jade Hair Design for years, and specifically see Jamie. She has always exceeded my expectations, and I will continue to always come back for more! All the girls there are the most beautiful, welcoming group of women and are always empowering one another. Katie, the new apprentice also helped me today & she is doing such a wonderful job for only being there for 3 weeks. I was really impressed with her communication skills & she made the conversation flow so easily. Thank you ladies for always making me smile & coming back for more. I can’t recommend them enough.

After searching for someone in the area to understand what I needed and to be able to cut my thick straight hair was a relief. It was done exactly As I asked.

I took my 89 year old mother to get a wash, cut and blow dry with Michaela. Cannot recommend Jade Hair Design and Michaela enough, my mum is thrilled with her cut and treatment 💕

Love the team at Jade, a real little family feel, always willing to accommodate any request. They are honest too, had a great finish to my morning with the new apprentice giving me some curls today for a welcome change, good to see the enthusiastic approach, and with the guidance of lovely Alison no doubt she will flourish! Highly recommend this salon.

Jordie was exceptional at understanding what I was after, and very easy to get along with, great customer service. Avalon and Alex were also very knowledgeable about what they were doing, and I loved talking to them. Jordie was my hair dresser and therapist in one, I was able to vent as I had quite a frustrating day and she was so understanding and made me feel 10 times better. The girls here are so fantastic, I rate this the best hair salon in Coffs harbor. 100/100

Wonderful friendly service. Avalon and Jordie have cut and coloured my hair. Always happy with the result. Have been going to Jade for 10 years, that says it all.

I have been coming to Jade Hair Design ever since I moved to Coffs Harbour years ago. Now even after moving to Sydney to pursue my career in dance, I still swear by Jade Hair Design, and I come to get my hair done every couple of months when I visit my family. The wonderful Avalon has been doing my hair for the past year or so and she always knows exactly what I want done, and she never disappoints. I’ve never really taken a risk with my hair style but Avalon’s skills have made me confident in getting my hair lighter, changing from a side to a middle part and even getting curtain bangs (which is a big deal for me who has pretty much had the same style and colour her entire life haha). Alison was also incredible in the past in correcting the colour tone of my hair when I had foils gone slightly wrong. Not to mention they do amaaaazing formal hair. They are the best!!

I made an appointment for a haircut today with Avalon from Jade Hair Design. What a treasure! Avalon spent time listening to my needs and explaining exactly what she intended to do to help. This helped alleviate my anxiety a lot and I really enjoyed the experience. I'm also really happy with my new cut. I’ve been here twice now, and the atmosphere is incredible, and the ladies that work here will treat you like royalty. T is so incredibly talented and her bubbliness will leave me beaming for the next week.

I have my hair styled by Alison and I’ve never left feeling disappointed. Alison listens to what you ask for and advices if it would work with your hair or not which I’m grateful for as I would hate for her to do something she knows wouldn’t work. Love this salon everyone is friendly and very professional and they follow COVID safety to the letter.
