Rockmans had 50% off everything today so it was certainly worth going in and the staff extremely helpful

After asking about the advertised discount at the store on entry and having the salesperson knowledge that it was valid . I purchased a peace of clothing 15 minutes later. Paying for it at the store counter it was put through at full price. I asked about the discount it had not been included, The reply was I didn't ask for it , amazing how in 15 minutes this same sales person had no memory of my entry conversation. After complaining to me it would have to be refunded and put though the register all over again she begrudgingly did it. I don't usually go to this Rockmans because of the attitude of certain sales ladies..I certainly won't be going into it again, unless I see the staff has changed.. I'll stick to the Toormina store, always much happy customer service.
