Lauren is an exceptional instructor, extremely attentive and highly professional. She makes adjustments for people with injuries and gently helps them build their strength and confidence. Her studio is absolutely gorgeous if you are lucky enough to attend in person.

I have been training with several of the other instructors and cannot speak highly enough of them. All the sessions (as well as the massages) are precise, energising and meet the highest standards.

Lauren has created a studio space that looks and feels great - as she says, it is a "sanctuary".

I happily refer patients with tricky pathologies to her as I know she works from a strong research based approach. Lauren confers with Exercise Physiologists and Physios as needed to make sure she is working most appropriately with each patient. The studio boasts a large number of health professionals as clients, which speaks volumes for Lauren's technical knowledge and her genuine regard for each person walking through her doors.

I cannot recommend Coffs Yoga and Pilates highly enough to locals, pregnant or new Mums, those further along in life starting, casual holidayers, athletes or blokes!

Its been amazing seeing this studio come together. I started training with Lauren earlier this year and have tried several classes now and love them all.
Lauren is working with me to improve my strength and flexibility for bodyboarding as well as helping me to build posture for my daily life.

The pilates reformer classes are amazing! Lauren is so detailed in not only how she instructs you but how your body is feeling before and after the class. As someone who has had previous injuries I felt self and taken care of whilst also getting a challenge.

My body and my mind feel in very safe hands with Lauren and her team. Her personalised and informed approach has me leaving feeling stretched, glowing and back in touch with my body. A yoga and pilates sanctuary indeed!

Lauren and the team are absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend the studio for balance and well being, great vibes and amazing place surrounded by lush greenery!
