Animal Tracks Veterinary Clinic

I took my 8 week old Dachshund, Ringo, to Animal Tracks for puppy school and I am so glad I did! I spent a long time looking at various options and landed on this one because it sounded so unique and promising.

Vicki and Jess are building something truly incredible at Animal Tracks. It’s such a well thought out program where Ringo spent every Wednesday from 8-4pm at the clinic where he was able to socialise with other dogs, spend 1 on 1 time with a certified trainer and made so much progress over the 4 weeks! It gave me peace of mind that they committed so much time to caring for my puppy at such a reasonable price.

I wish Ringo could’ve spent more time with them! I highly highly recommend this clinic to everyone whether it’s for puppy school or general veterinary care. Everyone is so lovely and is truly passionate about animals!

The puppy school was a great experience, the nurses are very knowledgeable, thorough and caring, they provided prompt feedback on our puppy progress, I looked forward to the lovely photographs and a the great weekly written email describing the puppy progress, the puppies are well looked after and the training program is outstanding. It is a shame that they don’t have a permanent program. Puppy School Highly recommended for any young puppies.

Very helpful and kind veterinarian and staff. Have taken my cat Mimi here and they’ve been amazing. It’s also more affordable for me as I’m on a low income.

I sent my Shiba Inu girl here for puppy school after much research on vet clinics and puppy schools around my area and could not recommend it more. Animal tracks is a very humble clinic that delivers exceptional pet centred care. The vets were very nurturing and loving towards my pup who was an anxious timid girl. I saw her grow into a very sociable and confident pup during her time at puppy school. I was able to express my concerns and any troubles with training and they were promptly handled during school followed by a summary of the day and advice on at home training. Vaccinations were also all sorted without having to worry about it. I would like to commend the vets, nurses down to the reception staff who were passionate about caring about our pet and would like to comment on how organised this clinic is, without lifting my finger all my future appointments and check ups are booked. Very glad I chose this clinic and I can say the same for my puppy as she did not want to go home when I picked her up 😂

Our puppy went to puppy pre-school here and it’s been such a fab experience. Jess and Vicki are amazing, our puppy always came home tuckered out and looking like she’d had the best time!

The updates we were given on her progress were useful, we were always debriefed in person and then given a follow up email with useful details showing what to work on for next week.

The photos that were sent through the evening after each session were also great and helped us see all the fun our pup was having during the day!

We’d strongly recommend the puppy school to anyone considering it. I know our pup will miss it now she’s graduated!

First visit here as we got a puppy recently. Being a first time pup parents, we were told a lot of important information that we didn't know. They have an online booking system which I really loved, as you can use this anytime of the day. The staff and nurse here are amazing and friendly. You can see the genuine love for animals. Dr Connie is extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly to us. Happy to continue to visiting here going forward.

Animal Tracks is the reason my dog likes going to the vet, ever since we did puppy preschool almost 4 years ago. The staff are so knowledgeable and I always feel so assured that my dog is getting the best care.

My Experiences here are always very positive and relaxed.
I initially brought my 3 x cats here for cat-boarding. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the staff kept in contact with me throughout the boarding period even daily, either via phone or email.
I am now bringing my 3 x cats to Animal Tracks Vet Clinic for veterinary treatment as it is so close to home and all of the staff are very caring. Their fees are very reasonable and I find all of the staff to be very, very thorough with their assessments and communicate clearly on the treatment required.
Two of my female cats are quite nervous and stress out coming to a Vet Clinic but the staff understand this and the consult never feels rushed. Its all about keeping them calm, which is important to me.

Animal Tracks is a wonderful clinic; the entire team of vets, nurses and admin staff are very knowledgable, kind and friendly. My dog Sunshine loves the attention and pampering she gets whenever she visits the clinic and I always have all my questions answered which is great. I have taken my dogs to Animal Tracks for 13 years as I know we always get the best service and care there - thank you, Team!

My cats adore the whole team of Admin, Nurses and Vets at Animal Tracks. Everyone treats my girls with love and care every time and information is always explained very well. So grateful to have found you.

We took our rescue pup, Coffee, to the clinic for the first time, and I can't stop raving about the positive experience. Despite Coffee's fear of new people and places, the staff showed exceptional care, compassion, and understanding. All my concerns were addressed, making it a far better experience than previous vet visits that left Coffee traumatised. Thanks for the great care! We'll definitely be back! 😊

Highly recommend Animals Tracks. We use their veterinary services and their car boarding services. Our 3 cats are treated with lots of care.

The service from Uncle Todd and his team has always been professional, respectful, compassionate and when required empathetic.

Through the good and bad with our dogs, cats and rabbits Animal Tracks have consistently delivered 5 star service. We even ended up adopting a cat from them 😂🤷‍♂

I could feel that they turely love animals. When I was sitting at reception, I saw dogs came in to vet love nurse and doctor, animals can't lie. My cat had surgery, they gave me a call everyday to check up if he is doing alright and getting better. I appreciate their kindness and taking care of my cat.

The nurses and vet were so professional and lovely with my dog Ellie! even when she was so scared and uncertain of the process they were super gentle and caring. Would highly recommend

If you love your pet they will love this place all staff are something different just wish my drs were as nice as these guys

Went here for the first time, wonderful friendly team. I have always had great experiences with vets but the team here are extra welcoming. The vet nurse (?) Vicky was so fun, loving and sweet with my kitty and Dr Connie was so empathetic, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly
