I ordered new work shirts from the website along with logo setup and embroidery.
The staff at Thread and Ink were great with communication during the set up process even when I made changes and ensured everything was correct.
My shirts arrived, great quality, good prices and the embroidery of the logo exactly as requested.

Great Service and fast delivery.. First time used Thread and Ink and so pleased I did. Needed team sports shirts in a hurry. Customer service is exceptional. I had a fault with a product 2 months after purchase and this was dealt with promptly and far exceeded my expectations! I wasn't even sure there would be anything they could do but Georgia emailed back within 2hrs offering to replace them. I loved that they are local then to have such exceptional customer service... I do not like shopping on line as I never seem to get quite what I hoped for; my experience with Thread and Ink and Bethany in particular has been wonderful.
