Bought it 2 years ago. It is simply prefect. I could not tell you how much we love it. Not only for the product but all the services we received.

Before purchasing, they tried to understand our requirements and provided us their expertise on smart toilet. They are not simply recommended the expensive one but the most suitable one for us. It is extremely helpful as at the time we were just having very little insight into the smart toilet. THEY help us choose the rightn one which sarisfied for our requirements.

We used their plumber, and they have done a fantistic job. Most impressively, they haf followed up prior, during and after the installation. It can tell how much they care with the product and customers like us.

I understand no product is prefect, especially no product is prefect for everyone. But with my 2 years experience of this pruduct and services, i could not find any downsides yet. So when I saw someone's unpleasant experience with them, I think it is fair for me to stand out and share my amazing experiences with them. And yes, i would recommend bravat to anyone I know, which i am sure will be beneficial for both sides.
