Made getting my new setup easy. A big shout out to Wally and Erin in particular. I brought my young son in when looking to purchase a new mower and accessories. Erin even looked after my little one as I was learning about which mower suited my needs. No pressure to buy but provided valuable information which made the whole process simple. Highly recommended. Wally answered any and all of my questions. You can’t go wrong.

I've made numerous purchases and each time have been treated like a valued customer and been given honest advice. As a large landholder you can spend a lot of money on equipment so you want to get it right and have good follow up service. Highly recommend this store.

I had searched several stores for an eyelet, a small unusual part which caused a lot of inconvenience.

Do not go elsewhere if you are looking for the most competitive and expert advise on all things lawn and garden maintenance. I'd know, because I'd been to GYC in Castle Hill, and other dealers in Galston, Dural and Northmead. All were out shone by RMW.

John (I think he’s the owner) went out of his way to help me. I honestly am so grateful. I needed a lever for my Honda mower (HRU216) and I phoned almost every mower shop in Sydney. No one had one and it had to be ordered from Melbourne and would take about 6 weeks. I run a lawn mowing business and really need this mower as it’s one of my main ones. John messaged me last night and said he took one off one of his mowers and to meet him in the morning. He met me half an hour before shop opened and fixed it for me. I used it on a big job this afternoon and it worked a treat. I’m 1 hour 20 minutes from his shop so I’m not even a regular customer. He’s professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Thanks John.
