My favorite baby clothes shop, super soft fabrics and value for money PJ’s. Laura was really helpful with finding the right size and she literally checked each of my items online making sure they are not cheaper on Carter’s website. Such a pity the current Google review is 2.6 just because of the previous store manager!

Love the sales and deals in Carter's. They have got amazing variety in children's clothes.

Great quality clothing and there always seems to be some sort of sale on. Great value for money 😊

Rude manager told off children who were just looking at a toy guitar, not child friendly at all. There are toys out the front of store purely there to attract children and yet when a child touches it you get rudely told "if you break it you buy it" thus making the customers feel so uncomfortable.. we promptly put the clothes we were going to purchase back and left. This is a children's store, be nice and understanding, it's not hard!!

Non existent customer service. Tried to exchange some items but one terrible customer service personnel made it an incredibly difficult process. This woman should not be in a customer service job period. She would not exchange any of the items because I had the wrong receipts. She threw the receipts back to me in a very rude manner. This is not the way to treat someone. This woman should just have said politely that these were wrong receipts. I explained to her that I lived far away but she didn't listen to me. Terribly rude woman - how is this woman still in a job given the abuse she gives to other customers is beyond me. I am not going to shop at Oshkosh again Blacktown again if this woman is still in customer service.

My family and I were in your store in Westpoint Blacktown Mall today. We went in to buy a jacket a dress and shoes for my daughter. As my wife was looking around, she saw a sign that says buy one take one on top of the jackets and joggers, thinking it was a good deal we went and grabbed two jackets not knowing that underneath the big sign it specifically says it’s for a pair of joggers and a jacket. When we paid and realised our mistake we asked if it’s possible to return the items and instead of taking two jackets replace it with the jacket and jogger instead. Unfortunately for us the card reader read a totally different number from what our account number actually was and the refund can’t be done. And that is totally understandable.

Our issue however is from the lady assisting us, she made it perfectly clear that the problem is with us and that there is nothing she is willing to do about the error. She knew about the deal but didn’t say anything until after we’ve paid. And when we went back to let her know that we made a mistake, her actions and body language made it perfectly clear that she couldn’t be bothered to help us out. And when we asked her if she will be honouring the buy one take one sign, she said she can’t because of the error. It seems to me that she’s either ignorant and unqualified to assist us or is wilfully obtuse.

We have been a loyal customer of your brand since my daughter was born and she is now 6. While quite new to Australia, we’ve spent a lot of money on your stores in 4 different countries, our experience today changes that. We won’t be back.

We have been regulars in this outlet but today a lady told us to watch our daughter as she grabbed a water bottle off the shelf and she made it clear that if our daughter breaks something we will have to buy it. I don't have an issue with it but the way she told us felt very rude. We have spent thousands at this store, not going back again.

Good stuff for kids but customer service is terrible. Store manager is rude and unfriendly. Someone like that should not even be in a customer service role forget being a store manager. If possible go to different store.

The store hours are until 5pm.

I was in front of the store at 4:25pm.

And it was closed.

Ridiculous!!

How can they just shut the doors when every other store that operates the same time is still open.

Really disappointed!!! Especially after having made a trip just for this store.

The sales team here is very un-exprienced and they are very rude I have experienced so much in the past that I don't go to this shop anymore how ever the management do nothing to fix the problem and they keep hiring un-exprienced staff because these staffs are cheaper then experienced ones.
