I've been coming here for years, whenever I've needed to get a new battery, whether for one of our cars or the ride-on mower. I love the fact that the service is genuine good old-fashioned service here, nothing is too much trouble. Amazing service, cannot recommend highly enough. Had a flat battery at home and Anthony came out, tried to jump start my battery, had to go back to the warehouse to obtain a battery, replaced it and I was able to pay on the spot. Wonderful!

Been going to Riverstone Battery Warehouse for years now. Needed a battery today - no worries the right one was in stock and it was a quality battery with 3 year warranty. I've bought several of this brand before and they have plenty of kick and also last well.

Riverstone Battery Warehouse literally saved Christmas! Had a flat battery, unfortunately in a difficult to reach position under the bonnet. Roadside assist couldn’t help aside from a jump start, none of the local mechanics including my regular were taking any other customers for the day and were closing for 3 weeks. RBW got me in straight away, had the battery in stock, had the engine block pulled apart, the battery changed, and everything put back together in half an hour flat. Excellent, friendly service, very good value for money, they really made a very stressful situation 100% better. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone

Absolutely amazing experience a couple of weeks ago. Car broke down and these guys worked on my car for more than 2 hours trying to assist. Issue was not the battery. Would not take my money and were so so generous with their time and assistance. Just want to call out what great service and care they had. Just replaced the battery of my car. Great Customer Service and very competitive prices.

Responsive, polite and professional. Spent time assessing my battery and how I need to use it, and convinced me NOT to buy a replacement, as my current one was still good enough for how I was using it.
Then helped me carry the battery back to my car.
I look forward to doing business there as soon as i actually need a new battery!

Helpful staff, surprisingly large range of batteries. Helped me with NBN battery and wheel chair batteries. Called up and got a "busy message" so o hung up. 10 seconds later I get a call from them asking how they can help. Fantastic response. Reasonable prices too.

This place is very professional, I highly recommend this place for ANY Battery needs. He was very honest, they walked me through the correct procedure of charging my jetski battery even though I didnt get the battery from just the battery Acid. The price was cheap and on Par with the works carried. Dont second guess this place.

Anthony went way out of his way to help me get the battery I needed. He gives great advice and is a top bloke! With prices on par/better than the big companies it's definitely worth supporting the locals.
