Ash & Sally run an amazing business, I’m so glad I chose them to build my new home. They made the whole process as smooth as possible and try to tackle challenges as best they can under whatever the circumstances may be (transport delay, material shortages etc). I could call Ash anytime and he was always extremely accommodating. The house was built to perfection with no major issues since moving in 9 months ago either. Would highly recommend and even build again with them myself.

We have recently started our second build, the first with GJ Gardner (Ararat and Horsham) with the framing and roof now complete. The process has been very smooth and thorough with the assistance of their well experienced staff helping and providing assistance along the way. They are extremely accommodating and offer solutions to potential problems which I love. We have designed our own home, with some ideas from GJ Gardners own plans so it is really gratifying now watching it all fall into place. Even as we progress through the build they are willing to vary things along the way if required. We totally recommend GJ Gardner (Ararat and Horsham) if you are considering a build, whether it be one of their plans or your own, they are there to help. We can't wait to move in!

We were so excited this week with our site inspection with Tim! Such a great experience so far with the Team starting with Kerry in The Horsham office....nothing has been too much trouble. The plan was easily modified to suit our vision. Colour selection was a well supported process with many options and expert advice. Plenty of contact and easy to understand information/explanations for us first time builders. The website to GJ Gardner home was were it started with 3D walk throughs and heaps of plans.

We are a plumbing company and have worked with GJ Gardner Ararat for a number of years. Whenever an issue is identified it is always taken care of swiftly, communication lines are always open for us with office and field staff readily available. All of this resulting in a quality build & end result for the customer. Great team to deal with, very responsive to any enquiries always understanding of our concerns.

From the very beginning, my experience with the team and G.J Gardner Homes, Ararat, Horsham & Hamilton was very positive. The team were always available to answer any questions I had and were always very helpful. When you decide to build you have a dream of how things will be, and you have to trust someone to make that dream come to reality. Gardner Homes Ararat have made our dream come true. Every person at Gardner's Ararat was wonderful, cheerful, helpful. Their constant enthusiasm was contagious.
Even though the build is finished the team is still in contact, checking that things are still ticking along as they should. We've been assured we can contact them at anytime, about anything.
We feel part of a Gardner family, and Ashley should be very proud of his team.

We are not long into our journey with GJ Gardner Ararat, and we are so happy to have such a competent and highly regarded team to take on our house build in Hamilton. Right from the start Pene has been amazing to deal with, and super helpful above and beyond the call. We purchased our own land, but with the GJ Gardner Ararat team's expert advice along the way, we managed to avoid buying a block that would have added thousands to the site costs.

I can't believe that we had originally considered to owner-build - which would have tied us up for at least a couple of years. Early on I realised that it's better to leave it to the professionals!
