Great service and support. Experienced mechanics and staff. Happy with the work done to my bikes and the guys always ensure a thorough service. Got the Champion Service on an old Orbea Onix and they made sure everything is thoroughly safety checked. Really appreciated it. Thank you.

I had a Precision Bike fit with Matthew Sweeney, Pure Performance Physiotherapy, as part of the service offered at Park Bikes. Matt was awesome and the bike fitting experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend the service to anyone looking for a detailed bike fit. Not only is Matt super friendly and knowledgeable he has all the equipment to do a proper bike fit. In addition to the bike fit experience, the Park bikes team are awesome. Friendly, know their stuff and go out their way to give you the right advice. Unlike a lot of other bike stores their attitude towards their customers is second to none as they don't treat you like a nuisance. Would highly recommend Park Bikes to anyone and especially Matthew Sweeney, Pure Performance Physiotherapy bike fitting.

Walked into this shop and had a good experience. Pat, one of the staff members, took the time to patiently explain various bike types and options to me, also sent a follow up email summarizing the recommendations! He was very informative and didn't hesitate to answer all of my questions. I think the staff here are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do 👍

We came to the shop to have a punctured tube fixed. It was replaced with a new tube quickly although previously was told staff were busy until the next day. We strongly recommend Park Bikes to future customers.

Moved to the area and got to say really happy to have a quality LBS!
I initially went in to borrow a pump as mine was in the move, was given some good information on local rides.
Needed to get my bike serviced this week and really happy with it, the mechanic took me through what he found and did and my bike probably hasn't looked this clean since I first bought it.

Lovely cute staff who welcomed me with a friendly and sweet smile when I walked into the store and introduced the helmet and lock that suited more for my need. Great service and nice shop vide, highly recommended.

I am very happy with the customer service and the quality of the bike service. I originally booked in for a Champion Service. I was contacted by the mechanic/tech before starting the work saying my bike didn't need more than a basic service which cost quite a bit less. Very impressed. Thank you. The crew are amazing to deal with.Ben has been fantastic when I bought my Cervelo R5 from him. No pressure sales…Ben took his time to take me through the bike and got me the best price. After sales service is also second to none. Had a puncture on the 5th day riding my new bike, called Ben and the puncture was fixed the same day. If you are after honest and fantastic advice/service please go and see the team at Park Bikes. You will not be disappointed and i am happy to keep going back.

Park Bikes has been my only go to LBS for the last 6 years. I look after my bikes so it is important to me that my LBS looks after them when in their care. Nash , Beej and the team never fail. Quality team, quality mechanics. Nothing is too much trouble. High levels of customer service I had never experienced before. Constantly communicate and you never get any surprises. They are always looking for solutions. Having said all of the above, when I decided to get my first Mountain Bike ,( during COVID's scarcity of supply ) they eventually found a solution that was completely different to what I was after. To say I am happy with my Cannondale Scalpel is an understatement. Never do they over promise. They certainly over deliver. Worth the drive to Sydney Olympic Park.

We were riding at bicentennial and came across park bike was convenient located in the park and I was in need of a water holder and a bike stand. Rachel is friendly and knowledgeable and even offered me cold water in reusable bottle complimentary and perfect fit to my new holder just what I needed on a hot day . One of the gentleman also fitted the accessories on for me too which was ready to use in an instant. Highly recommended. Thank you
