BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Malaga

Absolutely love coming to this store! All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Each member of the team has an avid interest in at least one of their departments and can use their experience to recommend the best products, and will even tell you what you don't need, or a cheaper substitute. I've come in quite a lot the past few weeks, and the manager has made an effort to learn my name which is a nice touch. I can't wait to go back in tomorrow and get a whole lot of squid jigs! Sorry for the damage, bank account!

Any BCF store is great. Bought myself a new fishing rod. The guy who assisted me in selecting one was terrific, polite, friendly, and a smile on his face. All the staff are polite, friendly and enthusiastic to help you out. Thanks to the guys and girls at BCFing Fun. Lol

We were amazed by the service we received by one of the young girls working here today! She was super helpful, new exactly what we needed and even came out to our car to make sure an item would fit on our roof racks before we purchased it. I wish we got her name but she is definitely a huge benefit to BCF.

We visited this store today and would like to say how much we appreciated the service given.Dave who helped us, went out of his way, he got help to lift our goods(a fridge slide) into our car, removed it from the box and placed our fridge on the slide. The best service we have had in many a year. Please pass on our thanks and gratitude to him.

Best BCF store in Perth, all the staff very helpful and happy, I went looking for a specific fitting kit that was out of stock and ended up with another style that was perfect for the job.

Went in today for a bit of info and some gear.
Jon went above and beyond with great customer service. Helped me out with some lure tips, a snapper rig and over all was a very pleasant and nice trip. Defninetly one of the better stores for customer service.

Absolute legends. Saved me when my hot water system failed with 2 portable solar showers just as family came to stay today with 5 minutes left till closing.

Ibby and Jon were so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They had excellent advice and customer service. They seemed to be genuinely happy working at BCF Malaga. I highly rate this store. You can't get this kind of service or advice on the internet.

Purchased from BCF, kayak, accessories and roof racks. Couldn't purchase racks here, so they organised for me to go to Super Cheap. Once I had the racks I then completed the purchase and they helped me with putting it on the car. Just a great all-round experience. Will always go here for my bcf gear.

Brilliant service from a range of staff over way too many visits 😭

Went in looking for all the basics (Rod, reel, line, hooks etc) and got some great help and advice from David. Showed me some good deals and made sure I’d have everything I needed.
