Central Ballina Car Rental

After looking at the big rental companies we came across these guys & decided to give them a go. From the booking process, the airport pick-up, completion of paperwork & everything in between, we were blown away by the simplicity, affordability & no fuss of Peter & his team. We got a good quality, clean, straight car which was awesomely fuel efficient & served our purposes perfectly! If something seems a little too good to be true I’m usually wary but in this case what you see & what you’re promised is what you’ll get, five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rented a car for 5 days. Was a competitive price and a very straightforward experience. Good a good car and friendly service. The highlight was not having hidden catches and attempts to grub more money like with the major rental companies.

Great value!
So much cheaper than all the other car rentals. The car we had was on the older side, but it was in great condition and very clean.
They staff were very helpful and friendly with pick up and drop off from the airport. They even happily waited back after closing to drop us back at the airport when we couldn’t get there by closing.
I would definitely recommend their service!

Peter gives such friendly and helpful service for car hire at low rates. For local driving in well maintained older cars this place is terrific. Based not far from the airport pickup is easy. Processing the hire is quick and professional. I have hired from here a few times and have not been disappointed ever.

Fantastic value for money and above and beyond customer service, Low price includes reduced insurance excess and 200 free km per day, was given a new Hyundai wagon, they are fantastic on fuel and quite roomy.

Peter is a champion! Such an easygoing bloke. I expected an "older" car but got a Hyundai i45 at less than half the airport rental costs, and he dropped me back at the airport afterward. Will recommend this place to all!

The owner Peter was awesome. Very friendly, picked us up from the airport (which is less than 5 mins away). Nothing was a hassle, even on a public holiday. We hired a late modern Kia Cerato and it as clean with low k's. And cheap! From Fri arvo to Monday lunchtime the rate was awesome. So much cheaper than the big boys. Higly recommended

Easily the best car rental company we've rented from. Peter was super friendly and flexible when we had to alter our rental period last minute. Great service, great cars and half the price of the airport rentals.

If you are looking to rent a car from Ballina Airport, do yourself a favour and rent with these guys and avoid the rip-off big corporate car rentals at the terminal (it is literally 2 minutes down the road and they pick you up and drop you off). I had a nice clean Hyundai i40, at less than half the quote of the other companies. Great service and Peter, the owner, is a local. Highly recommended
