Go early at 7am as the line up starts then

Nice and friendly service. I was there as soon as they opened at 7:30. Didn't have to wait for long as there was just 1 person ahead of me.

Perfect for travel testing, it’s all they do. Great service.

To be fair, queue is to be expected.
So do reach early to avoid disappointment.
Reached at 0720h, was 14th in line, left the place an hour later.

Terrible management

Arranged appointment in this center because its close to my office. Realized it has been moved from 131 macquarie st to 195 after arriving at 8am. Tried to call the telephone number of this number but it was never being picked up.

No reception staff at all time, only a written instruction on the counter told you to take a number then seat and wait. It doesn't matter what timeslots your appointment was made.

The staff didn't read my appointment letter carefully, almost missed out some steps before my blood test until I asked.

The hygiene condition of the center is also concerning. Noticed dead cockroach in the ceiling light shade in 2 different rooms...

Very slow service. There seems to be just two nurses in charge of both administration and testing. They opened 7:40 and served 10 people in 50 minutes. The process is manual (no electronics involved), and many people don't have their pdf appointments printed, which slows down everything even further. The nurse has made a mistake in my DOB on the test tube. Overall, the service is not worth $150 I paid

Absolute fiasco. Took us over an hour to get our PCR tests done. Registration and payment online didn't make difference -- two staff on premises meant you had to wait anyway. One computer was down so they couldn't pull up your booking efficiently. People ended up filling in forms which slowed everything down further.

This pathology centre is closed indefinitely - was great to find that out after a 20 minute walk at 8.5 months pregnant. There’s one 300m up the road at 195 Macquarie Street
