An enjoyable retail experience which is just so hard to find these days. Helped out by the friendly Stacey to find the exact tea I was after and enjoyed a sample of it & other teas there. T2 tea has definitely earned its place among my top ten tea brands. The store had an extensive selection of teas, from classic blends to unique and innovative flavors. I was particularly impressed with the range of herbal and infusions they offered. Each tea was beautifully packaged, and the aroma was enticing.

The staff at T2 were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the different types of tea and their brewing recommendations. They even offered samples to help me make my decision. THE staff made my shopping experience enjoyable.

This is such a lovely store with welcoming atmosphere, the friendly & knowledgeable staff and you cannot walk out of here without buying some tea. We tasted some beautiful teas here at the tasting bar recently, there are so many teas to chose from. The lovely lady that served us brought different teas out for tasting. One of my favourites is the their French Earl Grey.

I am looking for a Christmas present for the party. At the beginning I ask a young girl. She seems not very welcome to answer me question.
Later, a guy come to help me. I don't know his name. But I just wanna say he is so good. Very nice and helpful.
He give me a very good suggestion to choose what suitable for me. That's why I rate it 5 star. I am satisfied for this shopping experience.

You could find anything to your taste in this store! It has an extensive range, and staffed with the most helpful workers. Christina was a life-saver when helping me pick out Christmas gifts! She was able to direct me to things that would suit certains tastes, needs, etc. Perfect shopping experience.

I come here every couple of weeks to try new teas (and end up buying them!). Staff are helpful and let you try samples without being pushy or rude, which is super important.

Tip - they have a lot of promotions like 2 for 1 so I always get more tea then.

This particular T2 shop was great. The staff were super friendly and they helped me pick out some green/jasmine tea. Not only this but they brewed two different types for me to try in store before i purchased. They also had a selection of freshly brewed hot and soy based cold milk teas ready in store to try. I ended up getting the White Monkey Jasmine tea and the Buddhas Tears green tea and both have been outstanding drinking.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We visited twice during a busy sale period and both times the staff went above and beyond to make our experience as positive as possible. They were all very knowledgeable about their products and more than happy to help us decide on which tea to buy. Beth, Kim and Jade were particularly delightful :) thanks!

I love collecting tea from another country. And this one, T2 was.... remarkable! They have A LOT of variety of teas and I'm in love. I honestly bought 5 boxes of tea hehe. The staff was very friendly and nice, they have also the tester of the tea! It was a great experience, definitely repurchase it when I'm in Australia.

Beautiful, friendly knowledgeable girls, big roomy shop with great variety of teas..tasting not happening atm because of Covid but they are all too pleased to offer some suggestions and try their very best to describe the taste & make a recommendation!!! Just buy Strawberries and Cream!! My wife's fave!!!

staff are exceptionally lovely here, especially some of the girls (I think her name was carlie?) at the brewing station! it was my birthday and I went in to get a free tea, and everyone was super nice. after carlie brewed my tea, she cheerfully called out "birthday girl!" with a massive smile. was very sweet and definitely made my day.

A massive selection of teas and tea related novelty. Very expensive for teas unless you have exotic tastes. It is a fun place to drop in to and the staff is attentive and willing to help with suggestions.
