Woolworths Central Park

Absolutely disgusting found completely mouldy bread which I took to staff which they then made jokes about it waving it around infront of me and other customers

There is a cafe inside this metro, so you can grab your free coffee if you spend more than $30. There is also public seating outside in the piazza.

Beautiful mall with lots of uni memories. Sitting there, enjoying shopping or out for a meal, it would always be a pleasant experience.

Decent deals on a decent number of decent products :)

I come into this store everyday to buy products for work. A massive thank you to Dipesh - he always greets me with a smile and always has such great attitude. I really appreciate when he checks the system for a product I can’t find and will go get it from the back if they have the stock. I keep coming back here for my items because of this so thank you! :)

Great metro woolworths, has a cool little Cafe on-site with nice coffee, great layout and really helpful friendly staff.

Very convenient to my hotel. I got this juice there. It's the best juice I ever had. Made with all natural products from Australia.

Wonderful little supermarket near Central Park. If you're staying at the Four Points by Sheraton, the Old Clare Hotel, or go to UTS, it's a really convenient spot to shove for groceries.

They also have pre-made foods like sushi, fried chicken and some sides, pasta salad, chicken salad, and a small coffee shop.

Very kind and supportive employees.

Lots of cleaning fluids for customers. Very well set out. Child friendly with a kids little play place right beside and it's connected and you can see all and there's no other exit. Good food, big sizes n not too expensive.

Overall: Always clean, staff are polite.

Location: The store is minutes from Central station and George Street bus stops.

Accessibility: Wheelchair friendly. They have Lucy access through the whole centre.

Product offering:The selection isn't anywhere near as big as the larger Woolies - that have lots of pre- made salads etc.

Oddity:Although, many who go there don't seem to realise that they have mini meals on the far back wall, when you enter. I'm still not sure why they put it out of sight, most supermarkets have that stuff up front for one reason, if seen, it sells. There are a few marketing decisions like this that don't make sense.

Self check out only (mostly): I've been told that it's cashier-less check out. I went the other day and was struggling with kids and other bags and they still made me take it all through the self check out.
NOTE: No trolleys... So don't go here if you wish to get much... Or do... For a gym workout:)

Small store but great otherwise. Always kept clean. The store seemed to have taken some time to find the balance between pre-made items and fresh produce (that’s at least my impression). The fresh produce section definitely got better but still lacking bits and pieces.

It's a big Woolworths store with great choices of groceries items. As it being the only major supermarket in this complex it can be a bit pricey but it's convenient if you live around the area. Huge section of fresh vegetables and fruits, big bakery selections, ready meals and much more. Very friendly staff here who are always available to assist. Ok for what it is really but much better. There's wheelchair accessible entrance. There's parking underground in this complex. Bright, big and welcoming.

Definitely prefer this store over the Haymarket Quay St Woolworths because the variety of stocked items and team members who work there.

Staff members always willing to assist never make issues and try to make conversation when checking out even during busy hours. Amazing team members seriously!
Rarely had issues apart from items running out (especially in fruit and veg) but it makes sense cause I always get there after 10pm

Whatever the management is doing regarding training and supporting team members, it is 100% working. Everyone who works there seems happy and works very hard. Even those that stock shelves and those doing recovery are so detail focused on making everything perfect for next day trading. ( I listen to their plans when i walk past)

I even disturb the cashier/s frequently while they are counting tills but they never made issue except to ask me to pay card which is completely reasonable at that hour.

Good variety in the deli section. Nicely out of the store with plenty of self checkouts full

Great Woolworths 👍 Friendly staff 👍 Metro in name but not in its range - near full range of goods at this woolworths however you can also get coffee and I believe if you spend $30+ you get a voucher for a coffee from there cafe.
