What drew me to this establishment was the remarkable sensory experience, ideal for individuals with a preference for kinesthetic experience. Stepping inside, I felt like I was in a luxurious setting with reasonable prices, creating a haven for tea enthusiasts.

The interior design brought back memories of my childhood in an Asian neighborhood, evoking a sense of nostalgia. Special thanks to Lucie for her warm hospitality and excellent service this morning.

I will certainly be recommending this place to all my friends and family. And as always this is an unpaid honest review however if you like me to assist your shop further do reach out to us.

I loved visiting this tea shop, and the best I've been to in Sydney. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about tea and I ended up purchasing a teapot and some tea. Very happy experience.

Absolutely adore this place. Great tea that make for great gifts. $20 will get you a nice tin, and they can even gift wrap it for you. You can also place items on hold/pay over the phone and pick it up whenever. Highly recommend asking staff for help instead of just trying to choose yourself based on names. They really know their stuff (:

Stopped in here while in Sydney for the weekend after meaning to go to the Melbourne one but never getting there. I love my green teas and was after a Genmeisha tea. Staff were able to recommend one and were also helpful in finding a teapot. The tea was delicious and the advice on how to properly brew the tea worked a treat!

Customer centric, for true tea lovers, little artificial flavouring, and excellent selection of classic teas in black, green, white and herbal.

I first visited the Tea Centre in Sydney at its original store in the Glasshouse. I miss the ambiance of this old flagship, where you could order pots or tea with your devonshire brunch. Now it has moved to a smaller shop in Piccadilly place. I still enjoy ordering my tea by the batch in this store, but I do miss the expertise of the original staff and the dine in experience.

For online services, the customer experience has been excellent. When my delivery order did not arrive, but had been marked as completed by Shippit, after I emailed Tea Centre they immediately sent my order again this time via Express Australia Post. I will continue my 10 year loyalty with Tea Centre.

Exquisite, exotic and very eclectic little tea hub, it's how this beautiful tea shop exudes its charm. Beautifully presented ambience with an inviting vibe for all to experience the best collections of tea flavours imaginable. This is the "Rolls Royce" of exotic tea collections for personal use or a beautiful gift. But not just tea, it's everything else to host a grand tea party; from teapots to cosies to tea warmer to tea sets. To top it all off, first class customer service with very friendly and approachable staff. This is inside Stockland Shopping Centre. Welcoming for all.

Far superior tea to T2 in quality of product, staff knowledge and service. Always go out of their way - will allow you to smell the tin of tea which is very helpful when making your selection. It's lovely to be able to enjoy a real tea leaf pot of tea in store again - which was the only way we drank tea in the 70's. No tea bags!!! I normally shop at Hornsby and Newcastle branches where they don't run a cafe as well, so it's a treat to be able to 'dine-in"

The best tea shop in Sydney. Do yourself a favour and try some of the tea here and you won't go back to tea bags. It will make tea drinking the pleasure it should be.
Good knowledgeable staff. Great experience.

There were sooooo many options to choose from (which could be a bit intimidating when i first came) but the watresses there really know their teas well and their recommendation for tea/dessert combo is excellent! And the place is cozy too!

Hands down the best tea available in Sydney. I've bought more teas from them than fit in my pantry and I'm not planning to stop. For quality tea, go to the Tea Centre.

The Earl Grey "special" Blue Flower and French Earl Grey are to die for!! Please don't ever change your blend, it's actually become better than chocolate for me, a very special delight in which I share dearly with my family :)
