What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Would highly recommend a Jewellery, Jazz + Wine workshop.

Lauren was a great teacher and the materials were absolutely stunning. I’ve come away with three pairs of earrings I’ll wearing for a long time.

Lauren was so friendly and helpful, she helped us all create pieces we were happy with. Was such a nice atmosphere in her gorgeous studio, and loved getting inspiration from other pieces in her studio. The drinks and nibbles were a bonus too. And the clay she uses comes out just stunning! Thanks so much

I recently had the pleasure of attending an amazing pottery workshop led by the talented ceramicist, Lauren from Ochre Ceramics. It was a wonderful experience centred around crafting our own tea pots. Lauren's guidance, expertise, and warm personality created the perfect environment to make us all feel at ease and her clear instructions and demonstrations made the whole workshop so enjoyable. Thank you Lauren, I was so impressed with how the teapot turned out and would recommend this workshop to anyone.

Ochre’s jewellery and wine class was amazing! Amazing venue the atmosphere was a vibe. Setup with a whole range of delights, snacks and wines 👏 came home with a bunch of lovely pieces that are absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend this workshop was alot of fun :) Ochre is more than a brand or a business, it’s a little slice of creativity, inspiration and homeliness. My Mum, Aunt and I had the loveliest time at Ochre's Coffee, Crossiants and Clay workshop recently. The space was absolutely dreamy- filled with beautiful natural light, lots of greenery and plenty of Lauren's original pieces for inspiration scattered around the room. Lauren communicated everything so well and was such a giant help in assisting us all to make a piece we were happy to take home and use- even helping us make things that we may have researched prior to the class. I would highly recommend an Ochre workshop to anyone who felt like a relaxing Sunday morning or a fun filled wine and cheese night. We will definetly be booking back in. I just went to one of Ochre’s pottery classes and it was divine to say the least. I absolutely loved it. I took 3 of my friends with me and they all enjoyed it. Lauren is an amazing host and really spends time with each person in the class and encouraged us while we worked. If we weren’t sure how to make something bigger, smoother, taller etc, she was right there to help us. Lauren makes you feel like a friend and really comfortable in the class. She also caters to vegan and gluten free if needed. The wine and cheese were a perfect little treat while creating.
Her studio is set beautifully in Mullumbimby and is just one of the calmest spaces I’ve been in. I absolutely recommend this for a special occasion or just for fun. Super worth it and I would love to go again.

I purchased the Acacia Hoops a few months ago, I love them so much. They're beautiful and elegant but also subtle and comfortable enough to wear all day every day. Lauren's customer service is excellent, she always replies to any queries I have immediately. I have purchased gorgeous jewellery from Ochre on multiple occasions and always been incredibly happy. I will probably be back for more in the future!

I first came across Ochre when I purchased one of Lauren’s amazing gumnut mugs. When I found out that she also offers clay workshops, I was beyond excited and signed up immediately. I put message out to my girlfriends to see if any of them wanted to join me for Lauren’s Adelaide workshop and before we knew it we had booked out the entire workshop! Our workshop with Lauren was absolutely amazing. We made three or four pieces each and Lauren guided us beautifully though the basics of pottery. Most of us had never touched clay before, and yet we all now have some very special, functional, gorgeous pieces from our day with Lauren! Lauren is also an impeccable stylist!! The room for our workshop was gorgeous, as was the wine and cheese platter! I would 100% recommend anyone who is thinking of doing a workshop with Lauren to book it in! I hope you love it as much as we all did!

Such a beautiful space! The studio was an amazing space to relax and create! Lauren was so warm, welcoming, and patient. She felt immediately like a friend, I'd known for ages. My only sadness was how quickly the time passed. It definitely awoke a love of pottery in me. I left feeling like all I wanted was to come back and do it again! It was so satisfying to leave having made something unique and beautiful. I'm so happy with the pieces I created, I use my mug every day, and it has a special place in my heart because of all the memories attached to it. Thank you Lauren xx

Such a beautiful brand in every way! Gorgeous pieces to suit different styles, locally and sustainably made, and incredible customer service. I bought the Acacia hoops and chain and absolutely love them - I get comments every time I wear them and they’re so light yet sturdy. My partner gave me the signature ring for a recent birthday and I haven’t taken it off since! It’s simple yet really eye-catching. We had lots of dramas figuring out the right size and Lauren was so understanding and patient. Can’t recommend Ochre enough!

I have 4 pairs of Ochre earrings and am desperate to buy more of the range! I clumsily dropped one of my staple clay earrings, breaking it in half and leaving me devastated, and Lauren was kind enough to remake me a pair, even though they were from a collection 3+ years ago! Each piece is so unique, with such care and passion going into designing and producing each piece. I bought a stunning necklace, bracelet and earrings from here…. The artwork is so beautiful and I treasure these pieces much !! I had to make the necklace a bit smaller and the customer service was outstanding.

Ochre is such a gorgeous brand. I own three pairs of their earrings and have started buying them as presents as well. They’re all earthy, unique and incredibly comfortable to wear. I love how they dress up an outfit, and that they look just as good at the office or on the beach. Hugely recommend!

I recently enrolled one of my dearest friend and myself to Lauren's Sunday clay, Cheese+ wine workshop and we had the most wonderful time ever!
The 2 hours workshop flew by and we managed to make 3 pieces of ceramic each . Lauren is a beautiful and dedicated teacher to her craft making sure everyone felt completely at ease in her relaxed studio . I stumbled across Ochre about a month ago, while deep in the trenches of lockdown in Sydney. I've been trying to find a new way to express creativity while our business has been shut down and upon finding Lauren's work I couldn't get enough. Her pieces are beautifully organic and clearly an expression of love for the craft. I've purchased the clay kits from Ochre and they arrived perfectly wrapped bursting with enthusiasm. Watching her detailed instructional videos online, I can't wait to roll up my sleeves and bury myself deep into this beautiful and fun process. Thankyou for sharing your art, Lauren!

I love my Ochre Signature Pendant, which is delicate and organic-looking, and the fact that it's made from recycled silver and supports One Tree Planted!

Lauren also generously replaced the chain free of charge, along with sending a polishing cloth and jewellery bag, when I snagged it through a fault entirely of my own. She also offered to replace the charm as it looked slightly tarnished when I bought it from another store. I followed her suggestion of soaking it in hot water with bicarb and polishing the silver and it worked!

Ochre ceramics are my favourite jewelry to adorn. My earrings make me feel beautiful and feminine each time I wear them. They are both simple and stunning which I think is what makes them an easy choice for any occasion. Whether I am in my lounge room dancing with my kids, at work in a meeting or clinking some cocktails together with my girlfriends you can bet I’ve got my ochre earrings on. Lauren can do no wrong with all the beauty she creates!

We were lucky enough to get to a Clay, Wine and Cheese Pottery class in Melbourne. Lauren created an incredible, welcoming and warm space with some delicious food and wine. We enjoyed every minute of the workshop, learning to work with beautiful clay to create some pieces that we are completely obsessed with. I cannot recommend Lauren enough, her workshops are just as amazing as the stunning collection of jewellery and homewares she creates.

For my friends birthday, I surprised her
with Lauren’s clay, coffee and croissant class and she loved it. This is such a beautiful gift that you can do together. Lauren was soo lovely, patient and was so giving with her time and knowledge. This class has definitely made me want to have another go at pottery. Wish the workshop was a little longer. Loved it!

I was captivated at first sight of Ochre’s truly unique collection. Not being one to wear earrings very often I am always hesitant to buy them, but I loved that Ochre offered gorgeous sets that weren’t too big yet still make such an effortless statement. Once I made my order I received the most beautiful down to earth service, not to mention the charming way my earrings were packed and presented! And I haven’t even began to describe the quality of the piece a themselves! I will just say, you can really tell that a lot of love and care has gone into both designing and creating these precious pieces. My Ochre earrings are my first choice to wear daily and give any outfit I choose the perfect finishing touch.
