I purchased hearing aids at Ocean Shores Amplifon a year ago and was impressed by the service at that time. My dog recently found the hearing aids on a table and proceeded to chew off the plastic tubes and damaged a battery holder. I took the remains back to Amplifon where they got the battery holder working and replaced the tubes, all free of charge!

Highly recommended.

(They couldn't do anything about the tooth marks though.)
