Jesse installed 2 ceiling fans with lights and a smoke alarm in our unit in New Farm.

He provided excellent advice on the airconditioner and was honest about our options.

After quoting the fans and smoke alarm, I asked when he could install them. I was really surprised when he said today.

He went and got the fans and smoke detector, then quickly and efficiently installed them.

Jack- the technician, he was great, very friendly and professional. Service was done well and report came straight after within an hour. We have done solar inspection with them and definitely considering to let Static looking after our AC in the future as well.

Ricky attended to our ducted aircon. He is very polite and friendly. Answering all my questions and given guidance and quotes to extra electrical work around our house. He managed to quickly establish the fault and repair and parts are on order. So far very happy with my experience with Ricky and the office team. I was notified when Jamie was on his way, he arrived promptly, discussed options available to me, quoted for 2 different options and then installed according to my choice. He came equipped with everything he needed - including a vacuum cleaner (excellent!) - and completed the work. The team communicate efficiently and are courteous in all interactions. Clean and tidy. Respectful and thorough and safety was at the forefront of how they operated. The electricians take the time to discuss your project with you and plan their work. They were able to send someone out straight away and cleaned up after themselves.

Alex from Static came out and checked our solar system, he informed me on what he was going to do and the cost involved prior to starting any work, once I approved the charges he got onto doing his work and providing me with a detailed report of our system and took the time out to explain and answer my questions. Definitely recommend Static and Alex for the great customer service experience.

I found Static Electric very fast to respond to my first phone call, they rang me back within 15 mins and a electrician here shortly after due to a cancellation of his previous call out. He was very helpful in all ways ,and was extremely through in everything he did, I was not hopeful of getting a electrician around midday but Static came to my rescue. I will definitely be employing there services next time I need any electrical work done, I'm one very happy customer.

Ty was punctual and professional. Worked hard to complete my electrical work in a timely manner without taking any breaks. This is the second time I have used Static, and will continue to do so for any other work in the future.
