I purchased a new Isotta DSLR housing, strobes and ports and Tim and the team at UW Australasia were responsive and answered all my questions, my order was shipped on time and arrived in perfect condition. What amazing dive shop. I wish I could visit there one-day! I brought a housing for my camera online with Wandy, she was very helpful and friendly on the phone. I purchased a camera tray, video light, and a few bits and pieces for the first time and was really taken back by Tim's service - clarifying and informative emails on his weekend, prompt processing, and just a great all-round customer experience. Will definitely go back to Tim again.

These guys are great, never having bought one of these before, or knowing anything about them, I asked all my beginner questions and they recommended some great products. My wife is going to swim with the Manta rays, and now she can use her phone and the Bluetooth handle to get amazing Images. We got the Dome as well because when you watch all the videos on YouTube, you can see the Dome is a completely different experience and look in the video and photos. Really happy with the purchase, the price and the customer service from these guys. The shipping was also nice and fast as well. Give these guys a good look in!

WOW! Such Amazing service. I’m blown away with the effort the staff members put in to helping me today, we live in Melbourne and are on holidays and I needed help to source an attachment for an underwater housing the staff went above and beyond to help get it express posted to me in time for a planned photo shoot. Staff were very helpful with information and no sales pressure. Better still, the Nokta PulseDive found my Insta360 X3 that was lost in the murky Maroochy River.

I cannot say enough good things about Underwater Australasia so here is my story. Almost 3 years ago now that I bought 2 Sublue Whiteshark Mix from Tim and even before buying them he was just so knowledgeable, friendly and caring making sure that I bought the best value for money and assured me of the commitment of after sales service.
Very true to his words one year after I had an issue with one of the scooters (which was my fault) he was so quick with solving my problem, he got in touch with the manufacturer in the US so the part was sent but it was the incorrect part so it was sent returned and sent again all without charging me anything! This is a testament to what you will receive if you get your gear from Tim and I am extremely happy and lucky that I bought from him. Yeah sure you can probably buy it cheaper somewhere else but what if something goes wrong or even if it doesn't, the peace of mind and stress free that I experienced is worth than the few dollars you will be saving. It is now over 2.5 years since I bought these and I'm still having fun and best all trouble free.

We recently purchased a Sealife Sport Diver Pro2500 set. We used it on a recent dive trip and couldn't be happier with the quality of the images we took.

I recently had an issue (a defect) with a piece of equipment bought through Underwater Australasia- they are SO GOOD to deal with- knowledgeable, efficient and prompt, and more importantly willingly sorted out a replacement from the manufacturer- exactly what you need if you're online shopping. Also note that Tim has 40 reviews here- all 5 stars- why shop elsewhere?
