Worst retail experience in all my life!
As I entered, I asked the lady behind the counter (Anne Sharp) if she knew of any coffee plungers in store & without even letting me finish, she cut me off to ask if I had a mask. After I told Anne that I had a medical exemption & offered to show her, she told me to leave the op shop. I tried to explain to her that she is actually doing the wrong thing by trying to enforce this as it is a breach of the Commonwealth Discrimination Act 1992 (sections 6 & 24) to refuse me service but she would not listen, nor did she apologise. As the face of a Christian charity, she is not setting a very kind example & should be ashamed for speaking to anyone so rudely!

Not a community op shop at all, on Friday 4/2/22 a local woman came in asking for help after being kicked out of her house and only had a shopping trolley to hold her stuff in, beautiful and friendly and asked if she could have 2 pairs of pants and 2 tops to help her with her situation - the woman was nothing but grateful.The attendant scoffed and said I'll give you one, demanded proof that she had been evicted and when the woman didn't find anything she liked/fit her the attendant loudly exclaimed that she was ungrateful and that beggars can't be choosers. Disgusting behaviour and made sure everyone in the shop heard her, no one should ever have to feel so much shame due to their situation or for reaching out for help. It's already hard to ask for things and to be mocked is just so heartless. Do better!!
