A real treasure trove. Fantastic selection of antique and vintage South Asian / Hindu artefacts. The store clerk kindly helped me package up a beautiful framed artwork to send back home. Can’t wait to visit after the owner’s next trip abroad

So many beautiful things to be found in this store from bedspreads to clothes and shoes to a wonderful selection of books. Everything is curated with care.

I make a special trip to this store every time I come up from Sydney as it’s filled with treasures.

awesome shop with a fab collection of shoes and boots that are just jaw dropping! also so many beautiful things from near and far, girls working there are real and fun and they make the whole experience a treat. definitely recommend popping your head in here when you are in mullum down town.

A really interesting store in Mullumbimy. They stock everything and anything from clothing, bags, accessories, candles, homewares and so much more. All of their stock is very unique and different. I had a lovely potter around this store last week. A great place to buy gifts.

Best shop in the area by far. Beautiful things and absolutely wonderful service super helpful. Everyone must visit this store !!

Such a gem of a store in the little town of Mullumbimby. I just loooove their boots and shoes. I will definitely be back.

drove up from Byron wanting to visit for the first time. Lights on, doors unlocked, No signage Open/Closed on the doors, a lady inside folding what looked like stock... I opened the door to hear 'We close at 2. Sorry'.... I looked at my watch - 2:04pm. Missed it by 4 mins.... Don't think I'll make the effort to come back - the assistant was distant and unwelcoming.

Customer advisor unfriendly stressed by customers who wanted to be advised.
I've visited many shops around the world, but I've never seen anything like this before.
I wanted to return a pair of pants back because I no longer liked them and I needed the money
(because I couldn't work for 2 weeks because I was sick with covid in bed) However, the customer
advisor was immediately annoyed and not willing to give me this refund back.
She said the boss would not allow that and it was in her policy. To be fair their policy was obscured
and unreadable when I bought the pants. The customer advisor also didn't mention anything to me when I bought the pants.
However, the customer service reaches the boss on the phone and discusses the case with her,
suddenly the customer service hands me the phone and wants me to talk to the boss. I explain to the boss that I need the money and not the store credit, she explains to me that I was supposed to come by 7 days after I changed my mind. But this was not possible I try to explain to her when I was in bed
with Covid for 2 weeks.
The boss wanted to explain something else to me when the customer advisor then got the phone
out of my hand and said to the boss, I'm sorry that you had to argue with 'her'. She says to her as I
stand in front of her 'I can't handle her'!
I have never experienced anything so rude and impossible in CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I'm appalled and saddened by this behaviour; I know it's a small business in a small town, but it
doesn't give you the right to treat me like that. There were other customers behind me, my stomach
turned over, I was ashamed.
If I had known the store policy, it would have been different. But it doesn't matter now I'll never
shop in this store again.

Such a shame the staff are passive aggressive and act like they’re doing you a favour. The products are great but the prices are laughably inflated

I just visited this store from Byron Bay and have NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY! the ladies are so arrogant and distant and unhelpful! As a visitor from a Sydney I was amazed at their arrogant stuck up treatment of me! I loved boots in their store and probably would have bought them HOWEVER So rude were they that I walked out and when I said I was leaving they said good!😱 DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE

One of my closest aunts were treated disrespectfully as soon as she entered the shop. I am disgusted by the treatment of customers and will never go in ever again. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE.
