The products by Body and Being are absolutely amazing. I was struggling with my skin and after an amazing treatment in their rooms in Leura, my skin has never been better. I get complimented a lot on my skin now…can’t recommend Precious Face Oil Elixir and the Fountain of Youth Serum highly enough. Customer service is absolutely unbeatable, love this business!

My partner and I had the mud wrap, facial and massage. Oh my lord, we both felt like we had a Valium! So, so relaxed... I feel happier and my soreness is gone. All my areas of concern were given great attention and I was given excellent advice to go home with. This is a wonderful place with very passionate staff who are super knowledgeable and caring, and most importantly, passionate about holistic health. They have incredible products that they blend themselves at very affordable prices top.
Would give it 6 stars if I could! Thanks again ladies!

I had a remedial massage by Audrey yesterday and the whole experience was so wonderful. I felt really welcome, everyone was so kind, the space was beautiful and the massage heavenly. I feel so good today and highly recommend Audrey as a masseuse.

Body and Being deserve every one of the 5 stars I am giving them. Jivan and her gorgeous team are just so lovely and accommodating. My sister and I had the most wonderful afternoon - she had a facial and I had a massage. I cannot remember the last time I had a massage of this standard - or felt so relaxed. My sister also raved about the excellent treatment she received from Jivan. I can’t wait to return - and am wondering how I missed this gem of a place in the heart of Leura Mall all the years I have been visiting! Book ahead! You will not be disappointed.

Had a deep tissue massage, thoroughly enjoyed as I've got a stiff neck and back atm and the therapist was really understanding and helpful. They also gave me a few stretch recommendations and indicated muscles to target for self-releasing. Can recommend!

Jivan was great. Best massage and facial I have had for years!  The massage area was clean and welcoming. I left feeling relaxed and able to move like myself again.

My friend and I had one of the facial packages here over the October public holiday. We were both very impressed with care and skill of the practitioners and will certainly revisit. We are both 5 months post partum and felt reborn ourselves afterwards. The products were also gorgeous and mixed in house.

My daughters and I had a wonderful experience at Body and Being on Saturday. I had a Mud Wrap with Javan, whilst my daughters both had massages with Audrey and Jude. I recently went to have 'The Ultimate Treat' package after receiving a gift voucher for Body & Being as a gift... I've had similar treatments elsewhere but I have to say this was the best ever! The pressure for the massage was absolutely spot on and I walked put feeling like I was floating on a cloud!

After 4 days of walking we were in desperate need of leg massages, Audrey was fantastic, felt far more flexible straight away

Highly recommended for remedial massage, facial and other beauty add-ons. So good I rebooked for a second visit before returning home.
