I recently had an issue when my parcel was being sent to the wrong address by AUSPOST and they sorted it all out for me within 2 mins on the phone and sent a new package. A big stress relief as the package was a present for a friend. My own deliveries to myself have always come fast and efficiently AND the prices are great too! 10/10 would recommend

Great wine selection…cellar door wine competitively priced and delivered the next day. I also had to discuss my order upon receipt and Jim’s were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Huge selection that includes wines I haven't seen at the big chain liquor stores, at very good prices. As with all alcohol sales prices vary over time, but everything is competitively priced overall. There seems to be a very strong selection of European varietals (though I am no expert by any means) and parking and access is really great- a lot easier than going to a bottle ship in a mall and having to negotiate chaotic car parks with a full trolley. Highly recommended store, though service was not the type in smaller cellars where a staff member will volunteer advice. This is more of a warehouse cash n carry vibe- which is fine if you know what you are looking for.

Jim's at waitara has a phenomenal range of wine, beer and spirits. You're guaranteed to find something that you've never tried before amongst the sea of bottles. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and they always have plenty of tips and first hand tasting experience to help make your choice that little bit easier.

I have been buying wine by the case from Jim's and having it delivered to Boomerang Beach, NSW for a couple of years now and it is one of the best on-line wine stores I have had the pleasure to deal with. What's more - if you need help with something very specific, you will more than likely end up speaking to Jim himself, which is an added attraction as there is nothing he can't do ! VERY impressed.

Large scale bottle shop with a personalised service. One of the original bulk retailers in Sydney. Staff are friendly, know their wines and provide great service. The range includes the usual wine, beer, spirit plus a heap of premium and import drinks

A hidden gem in Hornsby as this store is more of a warehouse and has an extremely comprehensive selection of liquor.
Pleasantly surprised to find one of the last bottles of a particular Vodka in Sydney in stock when I called up and proceeded to purchase it the same day.
Definitely recommend the trek to this place if you are after something that you may not find in your local liquor shop

WOW, just blown away by the fantastic service I received when ordering online with this wonderful business, Jim's Cellars. The wine is my sisters favourite and it's her Birthday in 2 days. She lives and works in Queensland. After ordering I sent a quick email to them letting them know the wine was a Birthday gift and although the delivery to QLD was 2 - 5 Business days I asked if it could be earlier rather than later as I wanted my sister to receive the wine on her birthday. I sent the email at 10:03am, they responded by 10:23am advising box is packed and on it's way and even added that they did not provide the invoice in the box so my sister did not know how much I had spent, now that is good old fashioned customer service, I can only imagine that their face to face service would be just as good ! Really impressed.... it's a 20 out of 10 for me !!

Big old barn of booze that is like going to liquid heaven.
Large range of hard to get wines, spirits & beers including most importantly to me Stiegl.
Prices range from the bargain to the eye watering depending on your taste & pocket depth but for the most part pretty reasonable for what you're getting.
P.S. They won't do your lawn, wash your car, windows, dogs, kill your bugs or any of the other things the floppy hatted bearded fellow does they're not that Jim's

An excellent alternative to Dan Murphy's, they have a great range of alcohol to suit all tastes. Jim's also stocks items you won't get at Dan's. Their prices are very competitive.

Handy parking at the front door.

Helpful staff, sensational range of products and items you dont see at your chain grog stores. Prices are reasonable. We went on a last minute shopping spree on christmas eve here

If you are looking for Craft beer on the upper north Shore this is the place. This place is like Bunning's for alcohol. you walk in thinking you'll only get one or 2 but the selection of wine and beer is excellent and you end up picking the trolley option.
Their Craft beer wall features plenty of North American beer and European options. They were one of the first in Sydney to have the Little Creatures IPA.
