My wife bought me a bike for my 50th from ABC Bikes Casula. Tony helped us choose a bike based on what we wanted. His recommendation was spot on. I ride my bike almost everyday and I have no complaints what so ever. Tony gave us a very reasonable price and I really appreciated his straightforward advice.

After buying TCR couple of years ago recently purchased my second bike BMC from ABC Bikes. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Kerry has been great to dealt with. He was patient and gave me few options in financing. He setup my bike according to my desired fit. Great attention to details. I’ll definitely go back for my next upgrade. Being an experienced cyclist Ive been to many bike shops across the country and ABC Bikes is one of my top list.

I was helped by Clarke today in their store who was super helpful in fitting our kids with a bike, helmets and more. Super friendly staff with an incredible range of products. I highly recommend their services.

Had a great experience with the mature salesman. He was able to advice the right bike for my son’s age/ height and the pro/cons of BMX vs standard. Ended up buying the BMX 16inch model which my son loved.
The salesman even guided my on bike rack extension and attaching it to my vehicle.

Excellent customer service, They stock a huge range of products, and a wealth of knowledge. Kerry knows his stuff and is always willing to help. Would recommend this place to everyone.

We brought our bike for our 7 year old son for Christmas… as it’s coming from Santa. And the owner served us, he was outstanding and listened to our needs. He made our experience very pleasant and I would definitely come back to buy more bikes from ABC bikes crossroads. And our family members are purchasing from this store too.

Staff was kind. He did ask my son's age and height to ensure he was selecting a bike that was appropriate size for him. Didn't find it to be a personal question if it meant my son was getting a bike that he could ride without issue.

Bought a Scott Contessa for our daughter for a GREAT price. The bike, service and process was easiest and probably the BEST purchase I've done to date. Always friendly and happy to help...Good 1 and thanks guys....

Kerry and the service team were absolutely fantastic! Busted a spoke and had a puncture half way down the M7 cycle path. I called ahead and then made it to Casula where the team was able to fix the spoke, true the wheel, clean out debris in the tyre, fit a new tube, and get me back on the road within an hour!
I wouldn't have made it home to the other side of the city if it weren't for ABC Bikes. Cheers guys!

Returning customer sharing my experience. Great product and mechanical knowledge from both sale staff and mechanic. Pricing are inline with other competitor. The shop has been around for a very longtime - They must be doing something right.
Workshop only has one main mechanic, usually he has 1-2 weeks of work ahead - so strongly recommend to call in advance to scheduled a time Wouldn't have it any other way as I know he is a very competent bicycle mechanic.

A big shout out to Kerry for repairing a rear wheel at a moment’s notice 5 days out from a week long MTB trip. Pre-Xmas is always flat out for the local bike shops, however the good folk at ABC could appreciate the bind I was in and came to my rescue. Very much appreciated!

I got my bike serviced here and the customer service was second to none. I spoke to Stuart who was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk me through different products, answered any questions I had and then went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my bike. Made me feel like I was a really important customer. I would highly recommend this place for all your bike needs and I will be making this my preferred shop for future bike services.

As of the last 12 Months i have had some fantastic service from ABC bikes liverpool.

Admittingly, being a triathlete, i can be a pedantic customer at times and Tony in the workshop has pulled me out of some tight spots more than once and is always extremely accommodating, for some last minute magic, along with being a top tier bike mechanic, and Jimmy's service has always been on point and is always down for a chat.

Thanks boys, you'll keep me coming back for the long term.

Outstanding customer service! I received awesome advise from one of their professional sales people which I took home and followed and I am pleased to say worked. I can confidently say that I would trust ABC staff to work on my bike anytime. (If the salesman I spoke to on Sunday 21/05/17 is reading this, you were spot on and thanks to your knowledge my bottom bracket has stopped clicking. Thank you.)

Very much recommend this store. I have spent the last month researching and examining potential new road bikes, and I was very happy with the knowledgeable service provided in finding my new ride. Shaun and Jackson were both very attentive and helpful in making my first experience of this shop a good one. Very happy with my new Merida and I will definitely return for more items in the coming future.
