Beaumont Tiles Thornleigh

We recently bought all of the tiles, fixtures and fittings from Beaumont Tiles Thornleigh and can’t recommend their services more highly. We worked with Miemsie who was a superstar (as were the other staff we met along the way). She was so attentive with her communication, priced things fairly, was so knowledgeable in matching colours and styles, and seemed to genuinely care about us and the finished product. We could not recommend her/them more highly. Do yourself a favour and visit them for a quote.

Eriana helped us through the whole process. She is very knowledgeable in helping with tile selections and went above and beyond with helping us get the look we were after, sourcing tiles for the bathrooms, kitchen and verandahs. Eriana made sure all measurements were correct so there wasn't any shortage or wastage.
Their tiles were good quality and reasonably priced.
We would highly recommend the team and will definitely return when needing any more tiles or bathroom fittings.

We cannot recommend Beaumont Tiles at Thornleigh highly enough. The fantastic service and advice provided by Eriana and Johann is second to none and we are delighted with the choice of tiles and accessories for our new bathroom and ensuite. Eriana in particular provided invaluable design advice that was so appreciated. Our renovations were a long time in the making but the result was worth it! I wouldn't look anywhere else other than Beaumont at Thornleigh for future projects.

We recently completed a bathroom renovation, and the team at Beaumont Tiles Thornleigh made the experience stress-free and easy. Johan and his team provided excelletn support both in-store and through prompt follow-ups via email and phone. Their prices were very competitive, and they were very accommodating when we needed to exchange items. Eriana is fantastic, has an amazing eye for detail and very quickly understood exactly what I wanted that fit my budget. It was by sheer luck that I popped into the store after looking at tiles and bathroom fittings elsewhere without any help or guidance. Laura at Beaumont tiles in Thornleigh was very helpful and after a short chat, I was given recommendations on design and style for my 2 bathrooms. Laura has great design ideas and obviously a lot of experience as she provided me with ideas and suggestions, I would not have otherwise thought of.

The whole team at Thornleigh, Pieter, Eriana, Roberta and Laura were fantastic, and made the whole process of designing our new bathroom stress free, from colour scheme, fittings, ordering, keeping us updated, and even returning a couple of excess bags of grout.

Laura, our design consultant made us aware of all the possible options, including colour matching toilet flush buttons, pop up wastes etc - the little things that one wouldn't always think off to ensure the bathroom was complete.

Now that our bathroom renovation is complete - absolutely love it, I do know that it would not have been possible without the team at Beaumont Tiles Thornleigh holding our hand throughout this journey.

A very big thank you to the amazing team at Beaumont Tiles, Thornleigh store. We recently undertook a full bathroom renovation and the team helped us to pick out everything we needed. Other than our floor and wall tiles, we also selected a new toilet, vanity, wall cabinet, tapware, showerware, towel rails, hooks and even our floor waste form Beaumont. It is really a one-stop-shop which makes things a lot easier to organise and co-ordinate as you only have to deal with one supplier.

I had the pleasure to deal with Johan from Beaumont Tiles - Thornleigh on a few occasions for my renovation project. Johan was always courteous, knowledgeable with his recommendations and going above and beyond to source the tiles that I needed. I would recommend Johan and his team to anyone requiring his assistance and definitely for my future projects.

I found Beaumont tiles in Thornleigh when we were shopping for tiles for mums new kitchen, their range was fantastic, the staff were super helpful without being pushy, mums order was ready to pick up within a week.
Naturally, when I was looking for tiles for my new kitchen, I went straight back to Beaumont tiles in Thornleigh. I found some beautiful tiles I fell in love with, matt, grey and custom made. I was super excited, I placed my order, 3 weeks later I received a text saying they had arrived and i went to pick them up.
When I got home, I compared them to the tile the manufacturer had shipped earlier, and instead of grey and matt, they were beige and shiny.
I called Beaumont tiles, explained the problem and they told me to bring them back. They agreed the tiles didn't match the sample, assured me i wasn't being a pain, and sent them back to the manufacturer. Over the next 2 months, they contacted me fortnightly to let me know the manufacturer was having trouble matching the sample, did I want to keep waiting? I did.
They kept me informed every step of the way with the option to cancel at any time if I found something else I liked. Finally, the manufacturer was happy with the outcome of a batch and sent a single tile for approval, which I approved and Beaumonts arranged for the batch to be sent.
Not having to deal with the manufacturer myself was fantastic, and having the staff at Beaumont tiles in thornleigh repeatedly reassure me that i wasn't being an overly picky pain was a huge relief.
A massive thank you to all the staff at Beaumont tiles in Thornleigh, for making such a great effort to make sure my tiles were as i had hoped they would be!
