Bill and his team are excellent. Bill helped me decide on the type of flooring that would suit my home best. His team of installers were so professional and did a great job. They turned up on time and finished up brilliantly, leaving my home neat and tidy. I would definitely use them again.

What can we say? Amazing service, no bill shocks, no funny business. A lot of choice and good advice. They are entirely honest, reliable and friendly. This has been the least stressful aspect of our home renovation. Matt and Adam did an amazing job installing on an existing floor that was challenging because our home is 62 years old. They worked efficiently over two very hot days with no complaints, they solved problems that came up along the way and left our place clean and tidy. We would definitely use this company again.

Bill organised everything from loaning out plank samples, site visit for accurate estimate, and most importantly he scheduled the fitting a week earlier from the initial tentative dates.

Matt and Adam’s work is very impressive from prepping the floor up to physical laying of the floating boards. They have the right tools for the job which makes the work quicker, easier, and accurate. They are highly skilled on what they do and cannot fault it.

I cannot recommend Floating Floors Direct Hornsby enough for the outstanding customer service and experience that we received from Bill and Shannon. We had a very tricky job which other large companies were reluctant to tackle due to an uneven concrete floor. After 3 months searching we found Bill and never looked back. He was so so helpful, nothing was a problem and he was able to quickly source the specific black colour that we wanted. It all seemed to good to be true. However, within days Shannon arrived. He was such a lovely guy. We were so impressed with his attention to detail, he worked tirelessly, was polite and friendly. His quest for perfection was a testament to his professionalism and excellence as a tradesman. We were absolutely thrilled with the outcome of our floor and it was all thanks to Bill and Shannon. We recently had carpet and SPC flooring laid. Bill was extremely knowledgable and recomended suitable flooring & carpet, without the usual pushy sales pitch.

We had Bill and his team install floating timber flooring in our home and the finished results are incredible - beautifully laid with great attention to detail. Bill and his team did a wonderful job. We were renovating a new kitchen and lounge room there were so many delays but they were always more then happy to accommodate us by installing half of our laminate floor to fit in with the reno. Awesome, professional, knowledgeable service from Bill and his lovely team. They did a fab job installing floating floors throughout my home. It was a tricky job with lots of different levels and previous floor types. You'd never know now though! Thoroughly recommend them. More recently they fixed up the floor after a bathroom reno which involved moving a doorway. Very experienced and good at what they do!
