Choices flooring did a great job in my apartment in Hornsby. It was an insurance repair of both floorboards and carpet. Marty was very helpful in helping me choose replacements and also in coordinating the job with the insurance company (a very protracted experience!!). The installers were all great - courteous, professional and took pains to care for all common areas in the apartment block when completing their work. I would highly recommend this team.

We used Choices Flooring, Hornsby to install approximately 80 square metres of laminate flooring in our renovated kitchen, dining, living room and hallway.

From an initial showroom presentation which gave us an honest, no nonsense and practical approach through to an after installation visit to check the final job, we couldn't be happier with the service we received.

The Manager, Alistair kept us up to date with the job all the way through and the installers were professional and flexible to meet on the spot requests without issue.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough for all your new flooring needs.

Very pleased with both the service and end product. As I have little knowledge about carpet I appreciated the time Marty spent with me running through the various products as well as the guidance in what would work best for my space. The carpet installation was quick and professional, with the end result even better than I had expected!

I approached Choices Flooring Hornsby in light of the excellent Google reviews; and, as it turns out, they were well-deserved. Very soon after I made contact, Marty Jones called out to my house to measure, quote and show carpet samples. He is a delight to deal with and the pricing was competitive.

After further inspection at the showroom, with advice from both Marty and his father (who I think is the proprietor), I settled on a lovely silver grey wool carpet with the luxury underlay.

Today the layers came and did a first-rate job: fast, efficient and courteous. Walking in bare feet is a joyous experience on this carpet and confirms my decision to get the superior underlay.

Marty was so helpful and supportive during our flooring job which was for our whole house. The job was so professionally completed and a niggly issue attended to without question two years after laying!! (we got delayed with all the lockdowns). That was so impressive.
