I needed to remove a broken graphics card from a small form factor PC so dropped by this store and Max at the counter was very helpful. The shop also had a slightly better video card to replace the broken one and he sorted it out on the spot. Great prices too.

Great show room with lots of product on display. Staff are very helpful, assisting with testing a faulty part and helping me through the RMA process.

I dropped my pc off Monday, it was tested Tue/Wed and diagnosed with a hd failure which I had suspected but had not mentioned. I was called and politely informed of problem on Wed. I approved repairs and accepted the reasonable costs. Every effort was made to recover my data. I collected Friday and pc has been excellent since. Customer service was excellent and price was fair. I will go back again (if I ever need help) and would recommend. Thank you PC Bytes Hornsby.

What a FANTASTIC service. My daughter's laptop failed with her school assignments saved to the hard disk and a fear that they could not be recovered. But PCByte very calmly opened up the laptop and copied the files from the hard drive to save the day. Thank you very much.

I needed a fan fixed. Emailed the store and they were very prompt in getting back to me. I took my computer there and it was fixed in half an hour. Very happy with the service and now my computer is so silent! Thank you.

Unreal service! Brought in my new build that I had been stressing over for days because it wouldn't run, got a call with a solution within two hours and had my computer the next day! On top fop that, my mobo fried my PSU AND the shop PSU, yet they replaced the PSU free of charge because I had bought it from them. Meanwhile, I doubt I will even get a refund for the faulty motherboard I bought online... I will definitely be using PCBYTE again in the future for any help or hardware needs.

Unfortunately i recieved my new desktop not powering on at all, until next day i took it back to store and Max was very helpful and even though he was quite busy he managed to fix the issue in a reasonable time.
