i like to give a big thank you to office works Hornsby staff. They are nice and customer focused. I lost my passport recently in Hornsby office works but I didn't even realize it. The staff found it and sent it to police station then Police can find me and gave it back to me.

Hi Today I visit Officework Hornsby. Person who look after me was Matthew, young man originally from Hunter Valley. Service was superb, Customer service specific, perfect, detailed, and also his patience to me was 20/10. Excellent. Also lady on printing station was very helpful. It's a pretty big store and they usually have everything I'm looking for. I go there to print out documents and the price is reasonable, cheaper than having a printer at home for me. They're open until 9pm on weeknights which is great.

I have a conference to display at - I ordered a banner on Saturday, it was ready Monday. I put in an order for flyers and they had them done in a day. And the prices are pretty good too.
Tommy from the print department is my hero.

This review is less about the Officeworks and more about one of their staff members, Mandy.
Mandy is simply passionate about helping the customers. She goes beyond and help you get your printouts. Even if you don’t have a common file format, Mandy looks for different options to somehow get the print out.
She doesn’t hesitate to call her other team members and ask for help. While she does all for you, she is mindful about the other customers waiting behind. So, if she senses that your case is going to need more time, she politely asks you to wait and serves other customers and then comes back to you.
Mandy’s attitude towards her work is clearly an inspiration for me. Wish her the best!

I was very happy with the service from print and copy on Sunday morning. The young man at the counter was very polite, patient and went above and beyond to print my photos.

I just wanted to applaude Emily as she was happily helpful to this 70 year old when unsure of technology. Thank you Emily, as a face of Officeworks, you shine!

Superb customer service!
I went there yesterday 7:00pm and printed some forms.
When Kim saw me struggling with those forms she came for help. She also asked Will to join us. Although Will was busy, he came and with their help I finished the forms in no time.

that was the first time I met those guys and they treated me like a VIP customer.
I believe it's worth more than 5 stars.

I always have a great experience at this Officeworks - a nice tidy store with friendly staff. I had all my wedding menus printed here last night - the quality was excellent and price was incredibly reasonable.

Went to get some printing done and was served by a gentleman named Dan. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with my printing needs. First class customer service!

Sell good generic kettles and toasters, and tea, coffee, muesli bars, and computers.

I have tried other providers like Office Works but office works beats them anyday anytime! Their services and availability of products are just top of the world. Thanks to Office works for providing such services to the community.
