I was very impressed and very happy with the service I received at Michael Hill Hornsby. The store manager was very professional and helpful. He was upfront and honest with the information he provided. The jeweller did a very good job with repairing my ring.

The Manager is the most genuine, caring and full of knowledge. She is AMAZING and I would never shop with another sales woman.

Staff are knowledgeable and most importantly their refund policy is fair. Even when I went to refund an item the staff were friendly and chatty.

Terrible jewellers - the manager lacks professionalism and customer service skills and should not be working in a role like this, he clearly only cares about his commission at the end of the day and not customer satisfaction. Even tries to blame a loose diamond on a ring on the customer, when the ring wasn’t even a month old and their jeweller had tampered with the size twice due to his error in sending the wrong size in the first place!
Their actual jeweller cannot size rings correctly and they are sent back misshaped with the gold damaged (too thin in some areas and thick in others).
Absolutely disappointing service and wish we never purchased from them, it was a nightmare.
