I had a good experience here! Even though it was having a big sale at that moment due to change in management, the staff were super friendly and helpful. They had a good range of products, both on sale and not. The store itself didn’t look as put together as it normally does, but that can be understood given the circumstances.

I went to Hornsby Pandora to buy my sister a gift. I had no idea what to get her as we are very different. It was a very difficult choice for me as I wanted something really special. The store was quite busy and I had to wait for a couple of minutes. But as I walked in 2 of the staff members acknowledged me and said they wouldn’t be long. The lady who served me was so helpful. A mature lady. I think her name was Sharon, was amazing. She spent 15 minutes or more with me and showed me so many beautiful things. My sister loves her necklace I chose for her.
What really impressed me was the rapport between the staff themselves. So friendly and helpful.

Had such a lovely experience with Kirsten at Pandora in Hornsby who helped me with changing over a gift I received for my birthday. She was incredibly inviting, helpful and an overall delight!

Michelle, gotta say top notch customer service, she should be a prime example to all staff regardless of the any company or business. I was in the store not too long ago looking for a necklace and ring, and she had assisted me to pick up these items with a sweet personalised touch of exceptional conversational and decision making skills. I must say I would be visiting the store again to make future purchases.

I have bought items in this shop many times. I have always found the staff very obliging and helpful. One staff member, Sharon, was great with suggestions for a gift I needed for a colleague leaving my workplace. Highly recommend this store 😀

Excellent staff were friendly and very helpful. The stock is quite expensive for what it is but Pandora has always been that way.
