Incredibly knowledgeable staff. Aaron was brilliant in helping me select the right tools for the job. Highly recommend, much better than other Sydney tools locations I had visited.

Friday arvo I came in with quite a list and harry was very prompt to help me out so I wouldn’t waste any time, his customer service is brilliant and he’s understanding and knowledge of all tools was outstanding he knows the shop like the back of his hand overall I was amazed with his customer service and to go with it he’s a top bloke cheers!

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. It’s my go-to for any trade quality tool. Huge range that’s actually in stock for when you need it. They’ll even offer you homemade slice

I visited Total Tools in Sandgate for their Boxing Day sale. Unfortunately everything I wanted to look at seemed to be ‘special order’ or ‘back order’ only. I checked Sydney Tools’ website. They had everything I wanted in stock at the Kotara branch. Consequently Sydney Tools benefited to the sum of several hundred dollars. Excellent range of tools and knowledgeable staff.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Harry, Aaron and Pat helped me with their knowledge and hooked me up with some great prices. Cheers boys

Went into Sydney tools for a few things was greeted and assisted by Leeroy. His product knowledge was amazing and very helpful. He assisted me from start to end helping pick the right tool for the right job and then loading them into my car. Leeroy was very helpful, polite, professional and knowledgeable. 5 starts I will be be back

First impression is wow, this is a man shed on steroids, the range is huge. I bought a laser tape measure from Bunnings for a Christmas present. The range was small. The range here was huge, prices good, staff super helpful and friendly (Josh served us). Thanks for the great experience.

I always prefer ST Kotara of TT Warners Bay due to the knowledge base of the sales people plus they always seem just a cut above the average tool retailer.

Massive amount of stock on the shelves ready to go, hugh Milwaukee dealer and have all the kits, accessories the traide needs, staff know what they are talking about and can get you back on the road to the next job. Also offer great online sales too. There my go to power tool store.

By far the best Sydney tools in the region, we travel up to 40 odd minutes to go to Kotara Sydney tools when we have a local one in Rutherford less then 2 minutes away.The staff are unbelievable there customer service is fantastic, I always bring my toddler along to get tools for work n home and the staff are so welcoming and excited to see him they give him high fives and knuckles it is honestly makes his day to be included. I will continue to always go out of my way for the kotara store. A massive thank you to all the staff and Frank for always going above and beyond.

The Teams at Kotara gave me excellent customer service and through their product knowledge I happily purchased my workbench. They have very competitive prices and went out of their way to assist in the delivery of my purchase. A pleasure to do business with them. Very highly recommended.

I was served by Jack at Sydney Tools Kotara earlier today. I was after a very small item, worth less than $30 which they were out of. Jack then called at least half a dozen stores trying to find the item for me, which he then arranged postage for at a very reasonable price. Very grateful that he went above and beyond, even for such a small purchase.

Richard and Bryce gave outstanding customer service. We bought a surprise set of tools for a 21st. They stayed back after hours to help us make the choice and then on the purchase they volunteered to add a birthday message on the invoice...happy to rate these guy. I went to Sydney Tools Kotara to buy a 14mm hex key. I ended up buying a whole set that was better value than buying and individual key. Josh and Aaron were very helpful and friendly. Happy to support local business with such good quality customer service.
