Prouds the Jewellers

Kaiya, the manager of Prouds Jeweller Hornsby, helped me today in setting the time of my G Shock after I had my battery replaced at Keyman. Keyman was not able to help me set the time back correctly. Kaiya went out of her way to figure out whats wrong with my watch, why the time cannot be set properly. It was related to the hands being misaligned. She managed to fix it for me. I appreciate your help very much and I am really impressed of your technical knowledge of Casio G Shock!

The young lady who served me was great, helpful and not pushy. She checked the covid Vax status most efficiently. I look forward to wearing my earrings. Prices were also very reasonable.

After hearing from another Jeweler that a modification I needed help getting done to a necklace would require being sent off for repairs. However, when I brought it into Prouds today to get it sent off for this work, I was greeted by the really friendly assistant manager, Kaiya. She reiterated what I already knew above when I explained what I thought I needed, but then actually took a closer look, realised there was a quick and simple fix she could do on the spot, and managed to do what I thought would cost me a decent amount and take a week or two in less than two minutes! And because it was so quick and easy, refused to charge me for anything.

While that is a long way to say it, I had an awesome experience because assistant manager Kaiya took the time to look closer at my issue when others didn't, and saved me a lot of time and money because of it. I trust these guys immensely and will definitely be back for all future repairs/modifications!

Wonderful service. Prouds serviced my watch and could not have been more helpful. It now keeps pefpect time. Also learnt watches should be serviced every 2 years. Especially a good quality watch is worth looking after. I was keeper informed and the ladies are lovely.
