Great gym, the owner Dan is super knowledgeable and really helped me get going when I had no real experience, he really goes above and beyond.

I'm 5 weeks in now and have lost a few kilo's already and am really starting to notice big changes in my strength already.

Place has a great atmosphere and is always clean and tidy, can't recommend it enough.

Really friendly, good atmosphere no one judges anyone, the staff are friendly and supportive showing you the correct way to do things, giving you programs to do that suit your goals overall one of the best gyms around
