Almost 2 years ago, we bought a bedroom set. Best decision we made. Staff were excellent with service. 2 females at the time. Even helped me pack it into the van.

Informative, friendly service. Sharon and Donna went out of their way to help us find the perfect mattress for our caravan. Definitely recommend purchasing from this store if you want to be looked after.

I have completely replaced all 3 beds in our new house from this store. From our super king to the ‘2 new bed in a box’ queen visitor beds, we are extremely satisfied. Not sure if it’s a positive but our visitors and family always comment on how comfortable the beds are and stay longer😝. Very impressed with the wonderful service provided by Tracey at Bennetts Green. My man had back surgery over 5 years ago and the Keppel super king mattress is the most comfortable and supportive bed we have ever experienced. Tracey’s knowledge of the product has meant that we both now get the best sleep we have had in years. A restful sleep is hard to live without and until you get it regularly, you wonder how you survived before. Can’t thank the team enough from this store. Best investment ever.

We bought a king bed from OMF and it was the best decision. Tracey was very helpful with information and friendly. She was more than happy for us to lay down and feel the comfort of the beds in deciding we one to best suit our choice.of comfort. Would recommend you talk with OMF if your considering buying at new bed.

OMF Bennett's Green have some amazing deals for mattresses and bed bases. Donna was incredibly helpful and generous with her time to help us get exactly what we were after. Left very satisfied with our purchases and the quality is great!

Looked around at many different stores and came back to OMF because of the great customer service, products and prices. Bought our new super king bed today and looking forward to getting it in a few weeks time. Tracey was very informative about the products and didn't pressure us at all. I recommend looking at OMF before buying elsewhere.

We had a great experience with Donna at Original Mattress Factory. We were looking to buy a new mattress and Donna was incredibly helpful, provided us with lots of information to help us make our new mattress purchase, and generously offered us free shipping and a great discount on our mattress and new pillows during EOFY sales. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a new mattress to visit OMF.

My partner and I bought the Elegance in November last year. Best purchase we've ever made. This mattress is super comfortable and I sleep better than I have in years.
