The staff here are great, really positive and patient. My son took in his pile of games and skylander figures, despite being busy the staff patiently took the time to look up each figure and calculate a fair price. I’ll certainly be buying all my 2nd hand items from here in future. Thank you CeX Kotara.

The staff were really helpful and happy to be there. They gave us great advice about our old Sega games as we want to sell them. The store is really well presented also.

Was greeted by a dashing young man by the name of Harry. This young legend helped me find an iphone that could run Nintendo games on it, not only that but he helped fix my broken ipad which had been previously broken by a member of staff. Keep up the great work team!

Firstly, you have to know that CeX is a second hand entertainment/electronics store. If you know that, you will enjoy shopping here.
The staff in this store are friendly and helpful. The store is well laid out and the shelves are well labelled. Definitely worth a look if you're after discontinued electronics or an affordable replacement etc for phone/computer.

Good deals on 2nd hand laptops with warranty. Selection of second hand games is good for playstations, PC game selection very sparse. Blu rays and DVD titles tend toward mainstream tastes but you can find more obscure titles occasionally.

I received Outstanding customer service from Brittney from CEX Westfield Kotara. Brittney was so very helpful finding what I wanted and went out of her way to satisfy. Nothing was a problem to help. Would highly recommend anyone wanting exceptional customer service and who is looking for games or mobile phones to go see Brittney as you will be impressed as I was. Great service and excellent range of games and tech.

Went to CEX Kotara to trade in my Switch and PS4 for some money. The process was easy and simple. The staff were able to make sure that nothing was lost in the adding up process and I was able to get the exact amount I added up online around a day after I handed in my stuff. For those who want to hand their stuff in to get easy money, CEX is definitely a recommendable option.

Always super friendly. A great place to grab ps2 games which are hard enough to come by as it is while also having a lot of more modern games on shelf.

For a retro collector this is a goldmine for filler games and accessories. Staff are over the top to help you find what you need and usually if it's not there one month it's there the next. Plenty of variety. Will be back
