Seed Cafe & Deli

Stopped here for breakfast after staying next door at Swansea hotel, absolutely delicious food, plenty of variety, you won’t be disappointed! The sausage roll was served with greens and a tomato side. My partner had the Hezza special and he said it was one of the tastiest he’s had. Customer service was really good too.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast on the way home from holidays. Staff were super friendly and courteous,especially for young staff which was lovely to see, coffee was great service efficient. Ham and cheese croissants 🥐 were nicely toasted 👍🏻 lemon tart delicious

Had roast vegies in mint dressing and corn fritter. It is absolutely fresh and delicious. Other food looks great. Fantastic value for money and service. Well done, guys!!

We ate beef brisket burger, pork shoulder burger, chorizo melt, ham cheese pineapple melt, an iced coffee and a smoothie.
All of it was fantastic.

Stopover at Swansea on our drive from Newcastle to Umina and stumble upon this lovely cafe. Great service, friendly staff.

We tried the Beef Stroganoff Pie and Corn Fritters with some homemade chili jam on top it. It was DELICIOUS!!!

Food is consistently good. Even with new management. They enjoy a nice work life balance and have often closed pretty early over the years. Who can blame them when you live in paradise.

Wonderful service, amazing food and coffee

Best toastie I have ever had! The bread was so soft and tore apart easily but was still a had a beautiful buttery crunch in all of the right places. The ham was fresh shaven leg ham, not the cheap stuff, and it came as no surprise that the staff were as delightful as the food they serve. A very warm and welcoming cafe that I highly recommend!

Great Organic food. Had the best breakfast in a while (I eat breakfast out at least 3 times a week). The sweet potato slithers on top of the vegetarian breaky were awesome. Everything was cooked perfect with great attention to detail and the best presentation for a breakfast I've seen. Add to that a perfectly made smooth Almond flat white and I will return whenever I'm within 30 minutes of this place again. Also, the ladies were so pleasant and friendly which really just capped off a great experience. Thanks guys, see you again soon!

This place is one of my favourite cafes in Australia. I visit caves beach NSW a few times a year and always make the time for this place. They make a great coffee and amazing sandwiches and rolls. I'm that painful Italian wannabe customer who wants amazing meats on his roll and the cafe always has a great selection. The staff are very friendly and enjoy a good chat. Definitely recommend stopping by

Every time I come here, we are always greeted with the warmest smiles and the best customer service. The B&E roll is outstanding and they only use the freshest yummiest eggs! Can’t wait for our next road trip to visit

Adrian, Glen and the team are always delivering the goods. They have exceptional meals and delicious coffee every time. Served with a warm smile that makes it a community favourite. I will go out of my way to have their coffees. My go to is the vegetarian breakky. They've put their own spin on it :)

Best açai bowl eaten to date!! Rate highly for price, taste and quantity. Will definitely return for another :)

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but WOW, once you get in , the magic starts. Service - brilliant. The breakfast, in particular, the smashed avo and the burgers were sensational. Full Kudos to a humble and hard working team. Will definitely return.

Best toastie I had in a while (Avocado, tomatoes and cheese) and the Buddha bowl was extremely rich in flavors and with a nice variety of healthy ingredients. And OMG the banana and salted caramel muffin was tasty!!! Really happy with the food!
