A great place to train, with a wonderful community spirit. During my six years training here, the coaches have been great at teaching the movements and adapting for pregnancy and injury. Highly recommend!

The place is huge and the equipment is all like new, plenty of space and equipment for everyone. The coaches are very hands on with technique for newbies like me. The vibe is great and the other members have been very welcoming.

I joined Freezing Hot a few months ago, starting with the 2 week trial and found it a very welcoming and positive environment.

I've been doing Crossfit for 4+ years prior to joining and I am already seeing improvements on lifts that I had stagnated on.

What a cracking Gym! A very welcoming and supportive training environment which caters for all levels of strength and fitness. Great coaches, great vibes, great tunes and most importantly a great Community! Would highly recommend.

I’ve trained at a few different CrossFit boxes over many years and I love it here. Plenty of space and gear for any class size, The coaches are very in tune with what guidance individuals need to progress and the vibe is great.
If you’re going to ruin yourself Avery day, this id the place for it.
I actually would give it 6 stars but for some reason they play country music on Friday 🤦‍♂

Cannot fault this gym and the trainers. Brodie the owner /trainer is an absolute champ and has really helped me make great improvements to my lifts in the 3 months I've been here (I previously did CF at another gym for 12 months)
